This was a great location for my four-man crew, who was in the area for work. They had a comfortable and relaxing stay with enough privacy to unwind after a long work day. It was very easy to get in touch with the host, and there were no issues with the instructions provided.

Nice house good place to stay

My family stayed here for one of my sons wrestling tournaments! It was absolutely beautiful. Woke up with the most beautiful sunrise, with pelicans swimming right outside the window! Everything felt clean and cozy!

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful! The highlight of the place was the peaceful atmosphere and the view that I enjoyed every morning. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. The combination of enjoying the quietness and yet only 15 mins from grocery stores and a few food places was the perfect place for us to stay. My family enjoyed the amenities of the place from making s’mores in the fire place, having pool tournaments, driving past the cows, and fishing in the pond. We will be back to stay and if you’re looking for a spacious retreat that’s not too far from the city, this is it.

Great house and host. Easy to access location.

We drove in at night and it was slightly difficult to see the house number . Once we located the right house, checking in was super easy. Everything was clean and its place. We only stayed one night but it was pleasant and it served its purpose .

Dwayne is a great host! Very friendly and responsive. The house was very clean and homey.

Al is hands down one of the best hosts we have experienced in the Shreveport area. Immediately reached out when I booked the air bnb to introduce himself and see if I needed anything. He was a lifesaver and allowed us to do a same day last minute rental so we could come down and help a family member in the hospital. Al even offered to help us with anything we needed due to the circumstances. The neighborhood is so quiet and located near everything you need. You will see many families walking around so it is extremely safe. The space is exactly how it was described. Extremely cozy and updated. I even fell asleep on that comfy couch a couple nights because it was so comfortable. Make sure to check out the local coffee shop in the church one block away! Thank you again Al for everything. You were a lifesaver for my family.

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Great location - right across the street from a boat launch. Spot on description. Super quick response time to the only issue which was a WiFi password misunderstanding. Adorable tiny spot - decor, furnishings and supplies were over and above. 10/10 would stay again!

Charming, well-appointed cottage. Clean and equipped with almost any amenity one needs. Serene and fascinating surroundings with bayou-type feel; quiet and restful.

At the beginning I wasn’t happy and very disappointed at the Airbnb that I rented. I was upset. I had friends and family coming in from Texas. It was just a lot of chaos but she absolutely outdid herself. Mrs. Jennifer she offered me another Airbnb and we loved it. It was so peaceful there and I just love the place. And I really appreciate it how she hound her business. She was on it even though we had to drive a little way out. It was worth it. I think this is the most because it was scary at first and she made everything perfect..

House is the description exactly and it was very inviting when we arrived. (She even had a little Valentine’s Day thing playing on the TV when we walked in, we checked in on V-day and it was a great touch). Our first night there a bad storm hit and the power went out but there were enough blankets for the 4 of us to snuggle under and stay warm. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was absolutely STUNNING!! Super clean, beautifully decorated, INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE!!! I can’t say enough great things! And she was AMAZING at responding super quickly!! We talked almost the whole weekend!! She was incredibly sweet and patient with my MANY questions!! We will ABSOLUTELY be staying in one of Jennifer’s properties anytime we need and she is available!!! Thank you Jennifer!!!!!

The place is quiet and for the most part very secluded. The cabin is in perfect condition. It’s beautiful inside and out. Perfect for a couples get away. Especially with the hot tub on the porch. We stayed for our mini honeymoon. We will be back!

Jennifer’s Tiny Emerald backs right up to the bayou! It’s so peaceful and beautiful in a unique kind of way. The cabin is very tiny for six, but our children really enjoyed the top area. The mattress in the main bedroom and top is very comfortable. It’s decorated very cute! It rained a lot while we were there, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors very much. It looks like there would have been a lot to do if the weather would have been warmer and dryer. But we enjoyed the view and ambiance. Rain hitting the roof, while watching ducks swim around was great for a relaxing December afternoon.

We were looking for a peaceful escape for Thanksgiving week and Emerald Isle and this cabin were perfect! We enjoyed the screened in porch, the beautiful view and property, and spent lots of time in the kayaks fishing for catfish. Our two kids and dog had a blast running around the property and enjoying the outdoors. We made fires, roasted smores, fried up our fresh catch, and just enjoyed the serene surroundings. Neighbors were in and out of other cabins and everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. It was our first time to Cross Lake and I would highly recommend. Jennifer was very communicative and continuously checked in on us during the week. We have no complaints and would certainly stay again! It was a great week!
