Lovely home that matched pictures and description. Enough beds for the 10 of us who came from all over for an event. Water pressure in the bathrooms was really good, kitchen was well-equipped, and the area was safe and walkable. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Danielle and Joe were awesome hosts. Their place was cozy, clean and quiet at night. Their unit is a cute apt on the first floor for a town house but has its own entrance. We were able to hear the foot steps and voice from the people living up stairs but only during 7am to 9pm. Extremely quiet at night. My wife and I both had very good night sleep. ( white noise machine and ear plugs were kindly provided) the apt is about 10 mins walk to green line subway line. It was easy to get to all the Boston DT destinations. ( within 20mins) we will certainly stay here again if we are ever in town again.

I had a wonderful stay at Maria's place! It has a lovely set up and was incredibly convenient. The hosts were very responsive with any communication and I felt I could reach out at any time. I would highly recommend staying at the Loft.

My girlfriend and I came to the area to visit Salem in October. With it being such a busy time of year, this was a perfect location for our stay. Walkable location to the commuter rail and also a very short drive as well. We used both the rail and car depending on the day to navigate busy traffic and parking. The treehouse retreat was very nice and well kept, with a large kitchenette, bedroom, and living space. Would return!

Beautiful, spacious loft in a prime downtown location. Very communicative host, thoughtful amenities and treats. We used the pull out bed and with the design of the apartment, it had a surprisingly nice feeling of privacy for the second guest. We were mostly out for events and actually wished we had more time to spend a cozy night in, as it was so comfortable. There are many easily walkable parking garages around if you are driving. We would definitely return!

If you need a place that is comfy, pristine and extremely convenient to public transit (the orange line), it can't be best. Was attending an event at TD Garden and door to door it was literally 15 mins. The only slight drawback is that it does get pretty noisy during the day due to all the foot traffic outside. I was trying to work so was a little bothered but it certainly didn't cause any major issue. Lu was a very gracious and helpful host.

I love staying in Airbnb's rather than hotels because it always feels like a home away from home. This loft/studio was just perfect. It was private, quiet, clean and comfortable. Tom and Maria were always available if we ever needed anything or help navigating the rail system into Boston. Maria and Tom greeted us and helped carry our luggage up the steps to the loft. Maria showed us around the space, and showed how to manage the heat (if we should need it) and TV. Both of which were very easy! Maria texted after we were there for a while, asking if there was anything else we needed. I couldn't imagine needing anything, since they both thought of everything!! I highly recommend staying here and meeting 2 of the most wonderful hosts ever!
