We had a wonderful stay here! Marie was very gracious in letting us visit with our four dogs, who loved the house and especially the fenced in back yard and porch! The parking was great, we could have easily fit two, maybe even three, cars in the available driveway. The location was great, we were less than half a block from three coffee shops and a CVS. Melrose is an absolutely beautiful city! Everything was perfectly clean, there were lots of dishes and sufficient cookware, and we felt very much at home. It was a great relief to have such a lovely "home away from home"! My only critiques are minor - the listing said that there was a queen bed in the home, and there is not. Still, the bed was comfy and the linens clean. The wifi was, at times, spotty - it might be a good idea to get a wireless range extender into the space to alleviate that issue. Other than that, perfect stay, beautiful home, and we were so grateful to be there! Thank you Marie!

Jamie's place was exactly what my group wanted: private, spacious enough for seven, conveniently located, and affordable. Furthermore, the hosts were responsive and very clear in guiding us to the location and the proper parking.

Elizabeth's house is as beautiful and clean as the pictures, and it is fully functional. Before my daughter and I arrived, Elizabeth thoughtfully prepared bottled water, snacks, disposable toiletries, and clean bedding and towels. During our stay, Elizabeth gave us the utmost freedom; I could make full use of the kitchen to cook, and my daughter could practice her vocals without any disturbance. The neighborhood where the house is located is very charming, with many restaurants and grocery stores, and it's convenient to take the Green Line to downtown Boston. If I have the opportunity to visit Boston again, I would still choose this house.

Steven is the best!! The location is great, comfy apartment with huge comfy bedrooms, but Steven and Luis are both super kind , helpful and flexible and really make you feel at home.

We had a great stay, it was walkable to a few restaurants. Hearing the waves was peaceful. We would stay again here!!!! Very friendly host!!!

I had a wonderful time. This is my second time’s stay. I highly recommend this place.

Elisa is a great host and gave us extra stuff when we asked for it and even when we didn’t. The place was cozy and the tv was hooked up to her streaming services that we could use. There was a hot tub we could use but didn’t get a chance to. There was kitchen amenities for us to use and plenty of extra stuff for us to use like rags toilet paper and sugar but we had to use the small bathroom sink to wash things and no sponge to use. Also the cabinets and couch were very dusty when we arrived needed to be wiped down. Some stains on our blanket but other then that everything was great and would stay again if in town!

Ken was a wonderful host when we stayed in Roslindale Massachusetts. Location was superb to the small village and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at this location, clean and quiet, extremely welcoming, clean and convenient.

I was in town to run the BAA Half Marathon and this was conveniently located near the start/finish. There was another guest there, but we didn't see them much and it wasn't an issue. The place was clean and we appreciated the amenities. The neighborhood is super walkable with lots to do. Francisco was helpful and communicated well throughout our stay.

Relocating to a town hours away for a summer job made me very nervous - but Laurie’s place felt just like home! She is so nice, the house is clean and cozy, the neighborhood is lovely, and all the other guests are respectful/kind as well. I’m so glad I chose this airbnb to stay in and highly recommend it. No problems at all.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions and will be back. The location is perfect for our needs. We have never had a problem with parking. The room is large, clean and well furnished with access to a big kitchen and bath shared with one other room. Francisco is very responsive if anything needs attention, but we have only had to contact him once or twice for minor issues.

Francisco’s place was perfect - quiet, well located, pristine, and well appointed. It’s perfect for walking into town, convenient to the Whole Foods, and visiting the college. Francisco was a warm, very responsive, and thoughtful host. Thank you, Francisco!

Quite honestly, the photos don't do this house justice. Every bedroom is unique and has its own character. The beds were so cozy it was hard to get out of bed. There are special little touches throughout the house from a welcome bottle of wine to a few candies in our bedroom for that late night sweet tooth. The house is close to the Orange line which will take you into downtown. We wanted to experience Boston in the Fall and we feel that was accomplished as we sat on the patio with a small fire taking in all the beauty. Lastly, Francisco was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful and kind. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Vanna and Jenny went out of there way so I can check in was looking for a place last minute and they helped me big time. They made me feel right at home from the minute I arrived. They would chat with me but also respected me if I wanted alone time. They were amazing host who supplied everything fir me during the visit. Felt like I was at home during my entire stay. They were also very quick to get back if I had any questions or problems. They have a dog who was super friendly and I loved him and playing with him. I would definitely rent from them again if I ever needed too. Thanks again for everything during my stay.
