We had a great stay! Location is great! And they are a low maintenance host! Everything in the condo works great and the building is beautiful.

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

The condo was great. All the descriptions were accurate. The location of Grace Bay cannot be beat. In addition to the lodging Charles gave excellent directions and vacation recommendations. Local staff were also outstanding.

This is our 4th place to stay in the Chalk Sound area of Providenciales and is our favourite. The property is beautifully designed, the pool is lovely and larger than it looks (though a plunge pool, it's spacious), we loved the fact that it's not really visible from Chalk Sound Drive (the main road) and for 2 couples it's a great layout with the separate guest house having a King bed, nice bathroom and little kitchenette for early risers to make their own coffee or breakfast. We had a great time kayaking down Silly Creek to the ocean. If you go right entering the ocean, you will find wonderful little private coves. The 7 minute walk from the Villa to the north (quiet) end of Taylor Bay beach feels adventuresome the first time you do it and then is a piece of cake. The beds, couch, and dining area are all comfortable with high quality furniture. The TV is enormous. Outdoor furniture needs a bit of upgrade and it would be marvelous if the screens were replaced to enjoy the sea air.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay on Providenciales! 🤩 We opted for this villa instead of a resort and it was a great choice. The villa is well decorated and spacious for 2 with all the right amenities! It’s positioned just behind the main house and steps away from the 2 pools and beautiful beach. There are ample lounge chairs by the pools and on the beach. It was so private and peaceful, even with a handful of other guests on the property. Be sure to use the snorkel gear and swim towards the reef to see some beautiful fish! Also be sure to buy some K Cups for the coffee maker. I would absolutely LOVE to return someday with family!

This condo was fabulous! the location was amazing, so walkable to restaurants and beaches. Beach chairs were provided which is key! Also the property was beautiful, so well kept up, the pool is spectacular. I also felt very safe! Would definitely return! Thank you Janus!

Literally steps to the beach. Beautiful rooftop patio, doesn’t have view of beach but over palms and mangroves. Still feels private. All the necessities for a beach day are there- cooler, chairs, umbrella, towels. Close drive to Grace bay and that beach. 15-20 minutes to good beachfront snorkel areas, Smith’s reef and Princess Alexandra. Would stay here again. Great size for 2 people. Does have tv and WiFi, but who wants to stay inside in paradise?

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

Meelike’s place was great! The location is perfect, a super short walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need, a full kitchen, living and dining room area, and a separate bedroom. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. It could be difficult finding this unit, as its entrance is in the back of the property, but Meelike gave us very easy detailed instructions to find the place. We would certainly come back to this apartment again!! Say hi to Blanco the dog and the neighborhood cats!!
