The heater worked great, and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for what I needed it for, J had great communication as well.

This was my 1st Airbnb so I was skeptical. This place was everything the host presented. I would stay again!!

what's more could we have asked for? the location was great, only minutes from a grocery store, and the palace station, which was a great place to get our feet wet gambling. The strip was only minutes away as well. We also did some tourist stuff and found the location convenient for that too. The layout of the house gave us all privacy when needed but offered great gathering spaces. the pool table was level, the hot tub was hot and the heated pool was my favorite part. When I come back to Vegas with a group, this will be the spot I hope to get.

Susan was an excellent communicator. She was so patient with me. She was very responsive to all my inquiries. The home was so cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. Thank you again. If circumstances permit I would definitely return.

A great place with a cozy feel especially the backyard. Had just about everything we expected and felt very welcoming. Probably best for longer stays with the washer/dryer available. This would be ideal for a chill time and not needing to be on the strip often.

Great place! Exactly as described, super walkable to the Strip (due to F1 setup was a little tricky - but obviously it’s temporary)! Very clean unit, comfortable beds, worked well for two couples. More fun being in the same unit vs staying in two different hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants the quiet of being just far enough off the Strip, but easily walkable to access it all! Host was very responsive and helpful. Elaine’s was a great place to stay for our family of four (two adult children). Condo was as described. Location was convenient and uber travel in and out of the complex was easy. Would stay here again!

Tommy is an incredible host. I have stayed at many Airbnb's over the last few months and Tommy was by far the best host we have ever had. He was super helpful and accommodating. We would def stay at Tommy's place again and highly recommend booking it to all Las Vegas travellers.

5🌟 Experience! First and foremost, Sara communicates with great detail, easy to reach, and very friendly! The home is beautifully designed as if it's on HGTV. Each room is well-lit, spacious, and has a private restroom for guests! Sara gave us access to the garage, the pool, and the spa... with detailed instructions on how to operate them all! The kitchen was my absolute favorite part of the home because it's spacious, well lit, and the cabinets are filled with anything you may need during your stay! My girls and I really enjoyed Las Vegas and everything we did but the main conversation consistently was how beautiful the house is. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Sara!

A home away from home. LeAnn’s place was refreshing, plush, clean, spacious and my family and I enjoyed all the luxurious upgrades. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The home is even more beautiful in person. I trust LeAnn with my accommodations experience and will definitely partner with her again.

The house was great for our large group of 14. Location is easy for accessing the strip or Fremont st. The game room is great as is the back yard for activities while staying in. Buyer beware that despite being listed as house with heated pool, there is an undisclosed daily fee to heat the pool that we were not told about until 3 days before check in and after the cancelation period. I was provided a menu of "optional amenities" that based on the listing appeared to be included in the price. We had several issues with the pool lights not working and the heat turning off in the pool. The host was very responsive and came out twice during our stay to fix the issues which was much appreciated. It did leave a sour taste from the outset to get a surprise list of additional fees that were unexpected, so be sure to inquire before your cancelation period closes as the costs were not an insignificant amount of money to add to the listing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb with my 11 friends, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how well-kept and welcoming the home was. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and like a true home away from home. The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and it even had some extra items like coffee and tea which were a nice touch. don't forget the pool and gaming room. finally the host Joseph - no words for him. he treats you like a friend and help you in all the ways he can and with very good response and suggestions.

Stayed for the BCA World championships with my team. We highly enjoyed our stay and wasn't too far from the Rio where we shot pool. Xiao was very responsive and checked on us half way through our stay.
