Our stay at Kathy and Lillian’s Airbnb in Vegas was absolutely perfect! Their home was lovely, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. From the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Kathy and Lillian were wonderful hosts—responsive, kind, and accommodating. The restaurant recommendations they gave us were great! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Vegas!

This Airbnb was very calming, in a safe gated place, right near the rio, not too far if you don’t mind a 10 min drive to the strip. Perfect for what I needed on my trip. The host was responsive. The kitchen was stocked well. the vibes are wonderful here, very green & clean. I miss it already. Thanks so much.

My wife and I are over 65 and had no issue walking to the Horseshoe/Paris/Planet Hollywood. Twenty six minutes

My stay at Hayden’s Place was absolutely amazing. The very best way to travel!! I had all the comforts of home every thing I needed. My family travels a lot but have always stayed at hotels and had to listen to the noise outside the rooms as other vacationers would come and go. This was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood we heard nothing!!! Our host was excellent …stayed in contact with us every step of our arranging our stay and responded quickly to any questions we had. The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. The thing I appreciated the most about Airbnb vs hotels is the ability to have a refrigerator and stove. Now in a lot of hotels they’ve taken away refrigerators and microwaves. My husband has to eat regularly so staying here eliminated a major problem. My only regret was it was unusually cool and I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beautiful back yard and pool!! Will check with Hayden when planning future trips!

Clean and fully stocked house. Has a great stay

I’ve rented lots of Airbnbs from East coast to West coast, and by far the cleanest Airbnb I’ve been too. I always bring house shoes and even caught myself several times walking around without them! I’m a stickler for organization and cleanliness and this place was top notch. Didn’t even open the back door to go outside. The layout was perfect for us, and honestly there wasn’t 1 thing to complain about. Nice having 2.5 baths, and even from the lighting to get to the door they have thought about it all. If ever in Vegas again, we would definitely rebook! So nice to get away from the crowds but so close to downtown! Also, didn’t have to have much contact with Lisa, as nothing was wrong and everything was perfect! 👌🏻 she just asked me how to improve and I couldn’t think of one thing! So thanks again, that makes planning/vaca so much more enjoyable

We had a great stay at The Garcia's. Everything was clean. We found all necessary consumables to make our stay easier (dishwasher detergent, cooking oil, spices, etc). No complains at all. I would book again here.

David’s place was better than described. It is a convenient location and everything a guest would need to enjoy the stay was there. Well worth the price paid and we would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for a quick Las Vegas trip. You can walk to lots of convenient restaurants and shops and you’re also right next to the freeway for easy rides around town.

We had a great stay at Sandra's place! Loved the location with easy and lovely stroll to restaurants, and easy jumping off point for hiking in the area. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool after days on the trails. Communication was great and check-in seamless. Highly recommend l!

The place is cozy, especially the balcony with the privacy shade. Hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

I’ve rented many different places so here’s what I look for in a review: Beds: comfortable. I did not wake up with back pain. Extra bedding for couch is in the couch. Pillow for couch is in master closet. Comfy pillows. ( I like weight on my bed, I wish I brought a blanket with me) Kitchen: everything you need. (Electric stove) provided soap for dishes and dishwasher. Sponge. And a kitchen towel. Toaster and drip coffee maker and microwave. Bathrooms: 2 towels in each 2 washcloths in each 1 hand towel in each. All areas of the house were clean. The only problem was when I walked on the floor barefoot or in socks, my feet turned black. Remember when you rent an AirBNB, they are not perfect. This one was definitely one of the better ones when comparing the description and pictures to the real thing. Hosts were very quick to communicate even before I rented their place. Highly recommend.

Markus's 2BR condo was exactly as advertised. Pros: - Great location close to the Strip, including Rio, Palms, and Chinatown restaurants - Security -- have to get through security gate - Markus was very responsive --- the washer didn't work initially but Markus responded quickly and had it fixed that same day. - The place was clean and generally had everything you needed - The price was appropriate for what you receive Cons: - A little hard to find the unit, especially at night when it's dark. It would have been helpful to provide initial instructions (e.g., "Once you go through security, drive straight through the parking lot and the M building is behind the E building..." - The unit, including fixtures and appliances, is a little outdated. Overall, a good deal for what you get, and Markus was responsive!
