Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful private carriage house. Susan and Rick were very responsive, great communication and fixed issues quickly. Great location in the Prospect community of southeast Longmont, CO - quick walk to restaurants, bakery (Babette’s) and coffeehouse (Cavegirl).

Great spot, walking distance to brunch spots, breweries. Also ideally located in driving distance to Boulder and Denver. Host was very responsive and ensured our stay was pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay! We are a small family business and it had every thing we needed to rest peacefully after a hard days work.

Louisville is so charming, we felt very safe walking around the town exploring the wonderful restaurants and quaint neighborhood - it was so peaceful and quiet! Our beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home! The location was perfect! We will definitely stay again!

This spot is a gem! Everything was seamless and the space was wonderful. It was about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and breakfast spots and the late-March weather didn't disappoint. We would definitely return.

Ben’s communication from start to finish has been excellent . The unit is exactly as posted and when we walked in, it exceeded my expectations . Cleanliness is top priority for me and his place is so clean ! Location was key for me as I wanted to be close to my daughter’s residence . I look forward to staying here on future visits out to see my daughter .

Our stay at Marissa’s was great! The space was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would highly recommend this Airbnb for future guests. In addition to a wonderful space, check in and check out were both extremely easy.

Cory’s guesthouse was the perfect place to stay in Berkeley, near West Highland. I needed a convenient spot for looking for a home, and this was great. The place is beautifully remodeled and perfect for me to stay in and work from during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and I was able to cook an entire meal easily! Would highly recommend this great location.

We loved our stay! Even though we were in somebody’s back yard, we had lots of privacy. The Neighborhood is safe, with a small police station right behind it. It was quiet and peaceful, and the people we encountered out and about were very friendly. We were a short drive from downtown activities, an easy drive from the airport and centrally located for longer day trips to the mountains. The host was very responsive and clear with instructions. The tv had streaming services. The full kitchen was well stocked and easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The mud room was nice too. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

This carriage house was the perfect weekend getaway from the Denver area. Just an hour drive, and we were surrounded by aspens and pines in a serene forest, with hiking right out the door. Mindy was a friendly, proactive host and has done an excellent job decorating the space with everything it needs, keeping it clean and fully functional. Stay here and enjoy!

Love this cute airbnb! Urban living on a quiet street close to coffee shop, restaurants, parks. Comfty furnishings and love the decor and touches to make our stay enjoyable. Come visit Longmont in the heart of Prospect- you will love it!

Space was great and comfortable. Only concerns we had going was street parking, but as the host mentioned there was always parking available either in front of the place or directly across the street. Very convenient location as well.

Heather’s place was great for us to explore Denver. It was great having a full kitchen available for saving money by eating in. There’s plenty of good restaurants around as well. The description of how to access the unit was helpful and she gave us a heads up for where and when to park. Great place!

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Rick's guesthouse was a great place to spend a week in Denver! I commuted downtown a few days for work and the 32 bus made it easy to get to Union Station. I loved how spacious the unit was, with high ceilings, and how it got lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was equipped with just about everything I could imagine. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll stay here with pleasure. Kyri’s place was perfect for Rocky Mountain NP visit. It is located in a very convenient place with such a beautiful view. Star gazing at night was also amazing. Kyri is a very nice host. While there was no full kitchen, we managed to cook our own food with appliances provided.
