Kerry and Hudson's basement apartment was such a great place to stay for a quick trip out to Boulder. Their place and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Kerry was super communicative, friendly, and gave us some good recommendations on local hikes. She always reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though it's a basement apartment, we couldn't hear much besides footsteps, but that didn't bother us at all. This place is close enough to downtown Boulder, yet far enough for some peace and quiet. I will be booking their place again on my next trip to Boulder!

Cynthia is a phenomenal host. She is so kind and thoughtful. I loved staying at this airbnb. The space is great, she decorated in a way that feels homey and aesthetically pleasing. Great space to get work done for a few days.

The Hart Ranch was perfect for my stay. I enjoyed the spacious unit with some yoga, read books in the bay window, and slept soundly in the comfy bed. I was greeted by rabbits and deer. Jill is a dream host - super friendly and responsive! Next time I’ll stay longer.

Tom’s Airbnb is quite possibly the best bang for your buck that you could get in Boulder. For the price point, the convenience of the location (near the bus stop, university, local shops and restaurants, etc.) is unbeatable. It works really well for one person or a couple. As some of the reviews say, the shower is in the kitchen but I didn’t find that to be problematic.

A wonderful studio tucked away in quiet Lafayette. The perfect getaway with all the amenities - I kept saying how much I loved the space all week! Danielle was incredibly responsive and communicative - a truly wonderful host. On my list as a must return! Thanks, Danielle!

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! My daughter and I were visiting CU, and the location was ideal for exploring both the campus and the surrounding area. The space was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with high-end amenities that made it feel like a luxury retreat. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to local attractions. Sara was an exceptional host, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches throughout our visit. The private entrance made it feel like our own little oasis, and every detail—from the comfortable king-sized bed to the well-equipped kitchenette—contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

We had an excellent stay here! The space has everything you need and was perfect for my husband and I and our pup. The airbnb was actually roomier than we expected and easily accommodated my husband working remote, all our things, and cooking meals for a week long trip. The location is also amazing. You can walk/ run to trail heads and are a super short drive to all the things you would want in town. The hosts are super friendly and responsive as well. We would definitely book them again on a return trip!

Joan is an incredibly warm and responsive host. She and her husband Sven could not have been nicer to me. I truly enjoyed my three-week stay in Boulder on a mini-sabbatical at the University of Colorado. Her home is situated in a lovely, quiet section of town. It's reasonably convenient to Boulder's famous downtown mall, to the University, and to stores like Trader Joe's (where I bought food to cook in the microwave or on the small stovetop) and sports shops like Epic Mountain Gear (outfitting for ski trips). There was ample on-street parking for my rental car. I especially appreciated the washer & dryer, which allowed me to do a few loads of laundry. A separate entrance allowed me to come and go with complete privacy.

Very nice place, great location in a quiet neighborhood near Boulder. Everything was very clean and cute, the owners had a whole binder of recommendations and amenities that was very helpful!

Julie’s place is so cozy and cute. I appreciated the coffee and oatmeal provided! It was very quiet, but so close to the Hill, campus, and Chautauqua Park. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future if possible!

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Aja was fantastic and communicative. The place was as described. The kids loved the hot tub.

This is a very cozy little cabin room in Ferncliff. The bed is SO comfortable, the decor is beautiful, and it’s the perfect size for a couple or solo getaway. 25 mins to Estes park which is a great location. Tyler was communicative and kind and accommodated everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Stunning mountain views with a spacious living space and comfortable bedrooms. Plus, it's easily walkable into downtown Nederland in around 25 minutes for those traveling without a car. Joanne was friendly and responsive. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Great little spot for a Basecamp to enjoy the outdoors activities nearby, and i didn't even get to use the hot tub or sauna - i will be sure to do so next time!

Beautiful place in a good location, was convenient for us. We were able to park both our trucks and get around town easy. The condo is nice it’s been up kept well and was comfortable. It was pricey but in comparison to a hotel room it worked great. Jesse is a really good host and it was a great stay.

I really enjoyed my time at the Ferncliff! It was well-stocked with the needed amenities and having a hot tub steps away and a steam shower in the bathroom was a delightful bonus after active days in the mountains. Having stayed numerous times in Estes, it was nice to find a comfortable place further from town that was quiet and within 15 minutes of gorgeous alpine hikes and rock climbing. Thoughtful touches in the room, contactless check in and great communication from Tyler made this a really pleasant stay. Hope to return for more adventure and relaxation!

The place was wonderful—quiet, peaceful, and in a great location near Boulder. The view from the apartment was lovely, and despite working nights, I had no trouble sleeping during the day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
