We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was beautiful and modern, we used the hot tub and made a fire every night. We hiked to sunset point and it was gorgeous! We spent the week at red river gorge and had a great weekend.

We had An amazing time staying at Emily’s! My daughter was out early every morning to say hi to the horses and loved the kitty and dogs visiting too! Beds were comfy!

What a great place to stay during the Railbird Festival! Tracie was quick to respond to my messages. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the hot tub! Thank you for being such a magnificent hostess (and the cheesecake). We loved getting to use the space. Great find!

We enjoyed our stay here as we were visiting MSU. Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. Definitely will look to stay here again when we visit. The barn cats are so friendly but respectful of not trying to enter cabin. Enjoyed feeding the horses.

We have stayed in many AirBNBs, but Bill tops our list! He is very responsive and helpful, but also thought of all the little details. We enjoyed having the snack/drink honor system and the private patio area was enjoyed by my kids! Next time we are in Lexington, we will check for Bill’s place first!

What a lovely place in the middle of horse country. The cottage is very private and quiet. Nice, homey decor, and everything you could want for a nice stay. The owners are very responsive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful, historic, and impressive home. Our family took a weekend in the area and greatly enjoyed staying at Barr House Inn. The rooms were large, furnishings elegant, entrance impressive, and the location with a short drive to Lexington was helpful. An added benefit was the swimming pool with a deck and chairs/tables for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. All of the bedrooms, two of the bathrooms, as well as the kitchen were on the second floor, which made it easy for family gatherings. It was a great and enjoyable weekend at this historic home.

William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

A great place to stay if you want to be close to Rupp and/or downtown. The place is just as it shows in the pictures. I only have two small complaints/suggestions. The lobby of the complex seems to be in a state of disrepair and is very poorly lit at night. Not a very welcoming entry at night. Secondly, I was not able to adjust the thermostat. Seemed to be a problem with the nest control. Other than these small things, the place is great and I would definitely stay here again.

Ellen was very responsive and gracious in responding to requests. Throughly enjoyed our stay in Wilmore and Ellen's place afforded us the flexibility to accomplish tasks associated with our visit. Cannot forget to mention the fresh eggs for breakfast and our visit with their hens. Thank you.
