Beaux was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super responsive and easy to talk to! I actually wasn’t able to make it to the reservation, it was for work, and I had a personal issue that arose, but my crew did. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went as it should and even corresponded throughout their stay and reached out on a personal level about my situation. I couldn’t have been more impressed or any happier with the reservation. My crew enjoyed their stay, would absolutely stay again and would recommend Beaux as a host and his home(s) for anyone staying in the area! Thanks Beaux

5 stars just isn't enough. Great communication from Steve and Lisa before and during the stay. Quiet peaceful location on a working horse farm, but only 20 minutes to downtown Lexington. Spacious layout was clean and comfortable. Fully apportioned kitchen, enormous master suite, cozy breakfast nook, open living area. Lots of history with modern amenities. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and crown molding along with satellite tv and fast Wi-Fi connection Short walk down the driveway to corrals with several retired and active racehorses. And then there's John-George and Sadie, the absolutely adorable donkeys, the highlight of our stay. Bring treats and you'll have new best friends for the duration of your stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a peaceful country side stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The patio was perfect for grilling out at night. Kimmy was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Helena's Cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The house was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Communication from Mustard Seed Hill was clear and timely. It was a great choice for us.

Location was perfect! Was a nice neighborhood. It fit our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend to others who just aren’t sure where to stay. Came to the city blind and the little gem made our time here pleasant!

What an adorable and cozy apartment. Ellen was kind enough to accommodate a very late check-in and even left lights on so we didn’t have to enter a dark apartment. That was very much appreciated. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, hot water and good water pressure, safe neighborhood. My daughter and I took a walk around the area and downtown and felt very safe. Her gardens make it feel like you are in this little oasis away from everything. Very peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Ellen’s place.

Susan was incredibly responsive, very kind, and accomodating for arriving at a late time in the middle of a drive from NY to Georgia! She provided clear instructions, and was available when needed. The linens all smelled wonderful, were freshly cleaned, and the place was well organized and spotless. The location is close to many amenities, but I had a nice quiet, comfortable night with no distractions! I highly recommend others to stay here!

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

As advertised. Nora is responsive and helpful but not pushy. The house and stay was exactly right for us! If we have more to do in the area in the future, will book again. :)

Great location! Super quick walk to Rupp arena and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Seemed to be a very safe area, we did lots of walking and no concerns. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Lex.

This place was beyond beautiful !! I could not stop staring at the incredible art work in the hallway featuring Bob Dylan that was done by Birdsong. The place was sheer perfection and I will try and stay here again whenever I visit Lexington. I love everything about this home. Thank you for hosting me.

Perfect college dorm vibes! The apartment was laid out well and perfect for our needs with an infant.

We booked Brandon's apartment in Lexington for the Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament held at Rupp Arena. The price and location were great considering large fan bases coming to town. Rupp is about 1.2 miles from the unit but we're big walkers and there's plenty of sites, food, coffee and bars along the way. We felt easily at home and extended our stay to a 5th night! Booking by the hospital campus and across from the UK campus made us feel more secure and gave us a vibrant base with amenities. The apartment felt very spacious for my 18yr old son and me. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, enormous closet space, lots of towels/ supplies, awesome kitchen and easy on site parking. The place was quiet. There is some traffic noise from the bedroom (four lane street outside) but I live in Chicago so this was not an issue for me. Only minus the couch and chair can use an upgrade to match the really nice apartment. Kroger 7 mins drive away. I'd 100% book again on our trips down south!

Loved this condo. Great location if you're attending an event at Rupp. Will definitely add this to my list of places to stay again when I'm up visiting my student! The driveway coming off High Street is a little hidden and will sneak up on you, but once you figure that out, it's all good!

Had a great stay! Easy check in and a 10 minute walk to the convention center.

Condo was clean and centrally located. We could walk to Rupp and restaurants. Check in was seamless and had all the amenities of home.

Beautiful apartment in great location, very clean and well furnished. Communication was excellent as well, and easy check-in and checkout. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing to be aware of is this is on the 3rd floor of the apartment building with no elevator, so if you or someone you are traveling with have challenges with stairs this is something to keep in mind (not an issue for me but could be for others).
