Booked the place for my bachelor party and it was a big hit. Beds and space galore. We had 6 guests and it felt like a mansion. I think 15 foot ceilings and all newly renovated. The place was clean, a/c, door lock, etc was easy to use. We saw 3 or 4 of the 2nd line parades from the front stoop. One showed up minutes after my uber dropped me off from the airport. Safe/quick 15min walk to the French Quarter off Esplanade Ave. Feet from a convenience/liquor store, Lil Dizzys for brunch, and Hank's for a quick bite. I would definitely stay there again. Bonus: They kept all the unopened booze from the previous guest in the cabinet, so when we arrived there was cases of beer and wine already there.

Beautiful home!!! Spacious....plenty of room for everyone. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Backyard was great. After enjoying New Orleans by day, we hung out by the sitting area and jacuzzi by night. Quiet neighborhood. In close proximity(10-15 mins) to Superdome, Smoothie King Center, convention center, Bourbon street, Canal street, Frenchmen street etc. If I had a medium to large size party, I would definitely stay here again.

I must say the host was very quick to reply back whenever I had a question the house was as described and had everything we needed street was very quiet checking in and checking out process was easy and the house was close to everything will definitely recommend staying here

Sarah has a beautiful home right on the water, with very clean and comfy beds, bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with all the appliances for cooking (from salad spinner, coffee pods, and air fryer), and a working grill. We loved the screened patio and view from the dock, really comfortable indoor and outdoor space. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 to have a writing retreat with shared meals. We also took the airboat adventure tour that operates next door, with friendly and colorful guides, we saw so many alligators on the tour (but not in the house) and birds. The national park nearby had lovely walks. This was a fantastic retreat and break from the city, would love to stay again. Sarah is also extremely responsive - answered any question within moments, and her written guide in the house is super helpful. Thank you Sarah!
