The Airbnb was pristine! Clean, updated, & scenic views. All the modern amenities with a rustic cabin vibe. The outside patio with the fire pit & hot tub is a perfect spot to wind down and relax after a long day taking in the beautiful WV hikes. Great location to many nature sites. Visited Via Ferrata (30 min drive) & Seneca Rocks (40 min). The hosts have great communication. Very informative & responsive to any questions. 12/10 recommend!!!

This place is beautiful highly recommend I went away from my 26th birthday and I’m so glad that I picked this place such a calming getaway from 40+ hour work weeks the cabin is immaculate in the woods and extremely beautiful and relaxing. Ksenia is also really nice and super responsive and helpful. we honestly didn’t have to reach out much because she already thought of it all!

The cabin was really nice with comfortable accommodations and everything you need. There is a road that runs in front of and behind the cabin that has quite a bit of traffic on the weekend as the road is an entrance to a park/campground and it was a holiday weekend. This was a benefit to us though as we love to hike and could walk to or drive within a couple of minutes to several really great trails! Having the heated in ground pool for my daughter was amazing and when we had some issues with Bees the owners handled it right away. This is definitely a cabin in the woods by the water so come prepared with bug repellant. We did venture out to some local wineries and a lavender farm/winery but would have been just as content to enjoy the cabin and the property! Overall we really enjoyed this place and would totally go back when we are visiting the Harrisonburg area.

This was the perfect weekend getaway. The place is perfect and super homey, it has everything needed to cook as well as a great hot tub with a spacious deck to hang out at. It snowed while we were there and the hosts made sure the driveway was plowed as well as the front porch and back deck. I will most definitely stay there next time!

The cabin was so lovely - even prettier than the pictures. The view from the back deck was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and cabin felt spacious. Rocky was so kind and responsive throughout!

I loved Shelley's cabin. It was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable (including the pillows!), though we didn't use it I was impressed with the firewood being on the front porch with the ability to send payment by phone to pay for it as that is something that can always be frustrating to go and get when traveling sometimes. The hot tub was hot and relaxing although it was missing all the headrests haha. We took a tour of Trans Alleghany Lunatic Asylum on this trip but would consider coming back just to stay at this cabin for a weekend getaway! Thanks so much for everything!

We had an amazing girls trip at the cabin! We enjoyed the privacy and outdoor fire place. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip!

We stayed just one night and enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and playing with the dogs in the yard. Beds and everything was very comfortable! We really appreciated the snacks and drinks! Overall a wonderful cottage!

we enjoyed our stay. the cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, is comfortable, clean and well maintained. there are some nice areas to explore closeby, however, be mindful that you will need to drive.

This rustic, cozy cabin was the perfect spot for an impromptu weekend in the mountains for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipt. It was cold outside but heating worked well! So appreciated the little conveniences provided, like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels & clear, easy checkout instructions. Great location in easy drive to Davis main street and skiing. Laura was a super responsive host. Would def return!

The cabin was a perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway, only 20 minutes from snowshoe. Nice walking trails on the property that our dogs were able to enjoy. The hot tub was very nice to relax in after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend!

Beau’s place was exactly what we were looking for… an affordable place to get away and ski for two nights where we could also bring our dogs. It was perfect! We had to drive our minivan in February because of our dogs and ski equipment, so we took the recommendation to use chains on our tires. Glad we did! They were necessary, but it worked out just fine. Beau was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Beautiful spot for a getaway. Cozy and warm with a gas fireplace and all. The inside is even nicer than the posted photos! The location was also very private, while there were other houses on the gravel road it seemed that no one else was home while we were there.

They give very clear instructions on how to get here, because it is a bit complicated, but with their help we had no problem. The area is very pretty and the cabin has everything you could want. The only difficulty we had was were no able to make phone calls, we were able to get enough of a connection at snowshoe, but be aware you will be cutoff from almost all internet uses. Outside of that we loved using the fire pit and grill every night, and we look towards our next visit!

What a wonderful place! Misty did a phenomenal job and the pictures definitely don't do it justice. There were so many little nice touches she left, from extra toiletries, to blankets, to snacks. It's a quiet and relaxing location with great proximity to lots of outdoor activities. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this cabin! The hosts were super responsive and super friendly. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around in the snow. The cabin was super cozy and clean, we loved the wall decorations and art. The kitchen was great and had nearly everything we needed. There is no regular oven but the large toaster oven worked perfectly for a small tart. Would definitely stay here again!

This cozy cabin was perfect for my family of 5 kids! We came to go skiing for the first time at snowshoe and the cabin was a perfect private retreat for family time, games, and a hot tub for aches and pains from skiing! Super clean, cozy and we had everything needed including laundry detergent we forgot! Filtered cold water tower was extra nice for all our yeti refills! We were party of 7 but 10 can sleep comfortably, plus two full baths! Crockpot, two types of coffee makers, toaster, all cooking utensils needed for big breakfasts and convenient supper! This spot is very far off the road. We wish we would have stayed longer. We brought so many things that were already provided, we could have packed much lighter. Pansy went above and beyond, the place was even decorated for the holiday. I wish we could have enjoyed the provided treats. Even though the weather was quite cold and snowed we stayed warm without any issues. Can't wait to get back to see Dolly Sods

Despite renting this cabin in the dead of winter, leading to frozen pipes and being buried in snow, this stay was just what I needed to get away for a little while with my dog. Xavier notified me in advance of the pipes and there being no water, but made it work by providing ample drinking and flushing water. The mini split heater and an electric heater kept the cabin comfortable, but the wood stove cabin probably would have been more ideal in this weather. The family who lives near the property was extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel welcomed and safe. Bonus points for adorable goats, chickens, and cats on the property. I hope to come back in better weather to enjoy the trail and lake.

Great cabin for our party of 6. Would be kinda small for 8, especially if you plan on eating in. Table seats 6. Kitchen is small, but functional. Had everything you would need, especially the coffee bar! Hot tub was great. We all enjoyed the game room/loft. Bunk room was great for the kids! King mattress was comfy, although very low to the ground. Very clean cabin! Darian was very responsive to all of our questions & even checked in with us in the middle of our trip! Would definitely consider staying here again!

The cabin was just as described, perfectly peaceful and cozy. We look forward to visiting again!
