After staying at Benny's we feel like we have come back from a beautiful remote island getaway. The outdoor area was so lush and it was so peaceful, we loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean waves in the distance. My partner and I struggled to be out at the check out time due to Aimz Games and the hectic traffic there was on top of school drop off being a 45 min drive turning into an almost 2 hour drive.. But Benny was super helpful, even going as far as helping me to carry my luggage for me! we highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway by the sea. Absolutely loved it, wish we could have stated longer!!

We enjoyed our stay, the place was exactly as pictured, very close to shopping areas and the host was very responsive!

Great place to stay! Was the perfect spot for myself, my partner and 1 year old son for the weekend. Appreciated the provided amenities and requested portacot. The beach is within walking distance + supermarket and plenty restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

A great place to stay close to the shops and beach. Park your car and walk everywhere. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed family time on the large deck and spacious living area. Quite loud music from a bar nearby but stopped by 10pm.

Lynley and David's place was the accommodation highlight of our 1 month in New Zealand. The front and back decks were wonderfully set up to relax at all times of the day.. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes which gave us a nice option of eating in or driving the few km to Thames for a meal out. I hope we're able to return.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We loved our family holiday at this beautiful home! My kids loved seeing all of the birds and climbing the trees around the house. Caleb was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. I could tell he truly wanted to make us feel at home and it was also reflected in the house. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat

very nice place and excellent location. 2 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the mountain. 5 to 10 minute walk to all the main restaurants and shops. we had a wondeful stay

Their house is incredibly cozy and truly feels like home. John, in particular, is always so accommodating, warmly welcoming us every time we return after a long drive. 😊 We absolutely love both the location and the house itself—it’s peaceful, serene, and incredibly relaxing. We’re already looking forward to staying there again on our next trip up north. 😁❤️

It was quite nice to walk to the beach when we arrived. Mark and Cheryl are very fresh and helpful. We had a very quiet and restful evening.

Outstanding! We love G&G’s apartment. Inside, it has two spacious bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, hallway and cosy kitchenette/dining/sitting room. All is very clean and comfortable, with tasteful coastal decor. Outside is a large, private sitting and garden area which is a really lovely place to relax. Gay and Garry are very friendly hosts, very responsive and providing great recommendations. And there are lots of thoughtful extras (beach gear, extra toiletries, clothes rack, tin foil, games, toys and more). The neighbourhood is very pleasant, with cafe and takeaways around the corner, local supermarket and restaurants close by, and easy drive to main beaches. We found it a great place for our visit to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui, and would recommend it very highly to couples or families.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Julia. Le logement était très propre et très confortable avec une jolie vue et un jardin fleuri magnifique. Le lit super confortable et apprécié après les longues randonnées de découvertes. Julia nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Les petits en cas était très appréciables. Nous recommandons et retournerons à coup sûr si nous sommes dans la région

This is very comfortable place to spend time with someone who you love! Amenities are completely provided so you only bring your clothes! I recommend here for all of people:)

Underground car park was a real bonus over the very busy weekend. Elevator made for easy in and out to the car park. Ideal central location for beach, shopping, restaurants and walks. Well finished kitchen. Lots of utensils and kitchen items. Comfortable beds and linens along with beach towels. Would come again for sure. Great accommodations that made a great holiday location even better.

The view that we wake up to every morning is spectacular! The compact kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a decent meal. Alan is friendly and walks us through what we needed to know about the house. There are reclining chairs and grill provided for our use.

This is the second time I staid at Trudi’s place and both times I felt right at home. Trudi is so great and made me feel so comfortable! The space is beautiful and cozy and in a great spot. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!! I will definitely bring back! Thanks Trudi xx

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at Siennas' (2adults, 2 young children). Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. great location to local shops. could easily walk (scoot/bike) to main part of the mount or really quick drive. Kids loved the pool and spa. Nice to have luxury of access to the gym all so close to apartment. Host was very responsive and super helpful. Would stay again.

Carla was very welcoming and the rooms were very nice. The pets were very friendly and sweet.

I've stayed at many Air B and B's in NZ, and this would have to be one of the best in terms of overall value, comfort, amenities, location and privacy. Hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. The place really felt like a home away from home for the three nights that we were there. 100% recommend and would be the first place I'd book if I was travelling to Hamilton again. Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.
