We stayed here for my daughter's orientation at WKU. The location was perfect as it was close to campus and walking distance to some really great restaurants. The space was larger than expected, beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony where we were able to enjoy the fireworks that were set off at the ballpark a few blocks away. We had a private, off street parking space right by the entrance which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!

Great place to stay for a little unplugged getaway. Since the place is a little remote, it was super convenient that the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with anything you might need. Even though the weather wasn't the best we still had a great time walking on the trails on the property, cooking dinner, and playing card games. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend!

Overall a very good experience! The parking is street parking but literally the most convenient. Parking was right in front of the door & the place is located in the middle of downtown. It was super clean and the bed was so comfy. With it being next to the train tracks, I didn’t need the ear plugs the host provided but my bf did and he said he slept just fine after putting them in. Angela also provided a sound machine which was awesome! Overall, we both enjoyed it and would gladly book it again!

Amazing place to stay for the night after visiting Mammoth Cave, adorable walkable town, highly recommend.

I stayed here while in town working night shift. It was a quiet street which made it really nice! Convenient location as well

We enjoyed our stay here with the grandkids very close to all the caverns we visited. Mammoth onyx cave and safari park across the street worth the visit. We visited mammoth cave national Park and hidden River caves within 10 minutes of BNB. Hidden River was by by far the best caverns to visit we had a fun stay with the grandkids! Kyla answered every call with a few questions I had.

Benjamin was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs we had. Would highly recommend if you are ever in Portland, TN and need a quiet place to stay.

Our stay at the Hotel Alexander could not have been better. The accommodations, location, and comfort were top notch. We are already planning a return trip!

This was our 2nd stay at Percy’s Place and we had another wonderful trip. The property is gorgeous with stunning sunrise and sunset views, abundant wildlife, and plenty of privacy, yet only a few minutes away from stores and restaurants. The location is excellent for short day trips to area attractions. Check in and out was a breeze, Karrie is a wonderful communicator and very responsive to our needs. The house was spotless when we arrived shortly after check in time. Bathrooms and kitchen hen are well stocked, Mattresses and pillows are warm and cozy, Living room very spacious. This property does not disappoint!

Great home, with comfortable beds and huge yard. our family thoroughly enjoyed the winter months here. The town is cozy with great restaurants and Mom&pop diners with delicious food. Kids loved the outdoors and parks as well as the nearby mall, events, movies, archery, rivers, etc. definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this beautiful three-bedroom unit in Bowling Green. The space was perfect for our family gathering, with ample room for my mom, brother, and grandbabies. The unit was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Linndsy was an exceptional host. Her thoughtful touch was evident throughout our stay, especially the sweet Christmas gift from Santa left for the little ones. It truly made their holiday extra special.

Felt like home away from home. Super convenient, had everything we needed. I e will definitely be back next year!

This was the perfect house to stay in for our trip to KY Down Under and Mammoth Cave. The location was perfect. Right in between the two attractions. It was very clean and had plenty of space. It was on the main road so we didn’t feel secluded or anything. We loved the price and that dogs were allowed!
