We needed a last minute stay for a sports tournament. Kim was responsive and flexible, allowing us early check in to help us get settled and ready on time. Her place was very clean, and smelled great! Quiet street, more than enough room for 4 of us.

What a great place! It was perfect for me and as a gal traveling alone, I felt safe there. James did a great job with this Airbnb. James is super friendly and lightening responsive. I would def stay here again! Thanks for everything James🙂

Had a death in the family and needed a place to host our family. I was able to find this cabin and booked in a few days in advance. Joe was very polite, responsive and helpful. Everyone in the family were happy to be together for a tough time and all enjoyed their stay. Recommended.

I really appreciated the opportunity to stay at the Webb house over the holidays! Keri was very accommodating and kind. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It was accurate to the listing, what more could we ask for! The beds were all comfortable and there was complimentary coffee, it is close to a variety of things to do!

We have stayed at Anthony's twice now and felt right at home in the clean, well kept charming house. Even when the coffee maker and air fryer stopped working, Anthony jumped right to it, ordering and having new appliances delivered for the rest of our stay. The house is close to the Marshall Health Sports Arena in Huntington and Marshall University. It is a bright spot in a dismal location.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

Very nice , peaceful, and comfortable . Great place to rest for those who need low simulation ( very good environment for my adult autistic daughter) . I would highly recommend Graysons place for autistic travelers & their families or care givers.

Juan and his co-host were responsive and friendly. We can say now that it’s obvious that if anything needed to be addressed Juan would take care of it and help you any way he could, especially being a local business owner. The home was spacious, very clean, free from clutter, and the best decorated out of any other locations we have stayed at in Ashland. The basic items that most people take for granted in their own homes can be found all throughout this home. The water pressure and temperature was again the best out of the dozens of locations we have stayed at in the Ashland area. The property was peaceful, well maintained, and beautiful. We have finally found the property we will seek out anytime we are in the area.

She was very responsive and answered every question I had I will definitely be staying with her in the future !!! Highly recommend

This Airbnb is exactly what Ashland needed! It’s beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect for getting around Ashland! The hosts are fantastic, and very helpful and friendly!! I recommend this property to anyone wanting to feel a little “glamorous” because it felt like being in a classy New York apartment! Again-thank you so much!

Unique home and very close to civic center. I walked and it was about 7 mins. Neighbors are quiet and parking was available up front. House is secure and felt like home where I could relax. Noticed that it was patrolled by police often in front and side streets. I loved the crisp sheets in the bed. My husband was able to work using the Wi-Fi and had a separate space for privacy in kitchen. I was so happy to find a wall charger for my phone, otherwise I would have been completely without. The porch is very nice reminds me of somewhere posh down south. This home caters to all walks of life. Single or small family. There was a little closet play area I could see small children being happy to find. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
