Marc's place was exactly what we hoped it would be and it exceeded our expectations. Everything matched the listing. Was extremely clean and looked like it had just been redone inside. The only thing was we weren't able to turn up the heat in the hot tub which was a fairly older model with weak jets. This wasn't a huge deal to us so it didn't affect our 5 star review!

We loved this place. Even though we left to go on a cruise we wanted to stay- the house had farthing we needed- super comfy beds but the backyard was just gorgeous. Beautiful vegetation and private and quiet and lots of sitting areas and the pool and hot tub were just perfect for our group of 4. We will definitely be back

We booked this place because we wanted to use the golf cart that was advertised as available for an additional fee..Before we even checked in we messaged him about renting it the next day and he told us he had rented it out for 2 weeks..i was livid as thats really the only reason we chose this place. My grandson was very disappointed.He did refund us 100.00 which helped with the disappointment but he shouldnt list it as available and then rent it out without confirming if you want to rent it or not..the house itself was nice and as described. We had no other issues

Property is better than described. Felt very private despite proximity to neighbors. Great fencing around pool area, back yard, and hot tub areas. Home is well appointed and really had everything we needed. There was no reason to pack more than basic personal toiletries. Pool and hot tub delightful and clean. Easy to figure out where everything is. We’ll definitely return next year when it’s time to escape the Northeast winter.

Great communication and the whole booking process was easy beginning to end. The house is in a great location. Everything was easy and convenient.

Spencer's Air B&B is an exceptional property, great for extended families. The home sits on a canal in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool/hot tub is large and accommodated our family of 8 adults with enough sun chairs and couches for everyone. My favorite room was the lanai, with plenty of seating and a large table for outdoor dining. Each morning I would pour a cup of coffee and have a pastry from Croissan'time French bakery and sit in the hammock chair and feel the breeze. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to make family dinners (including a large grill). We appreciated the wagon with beach chairs for our trip to the beach and the pool inflatables to float and relax. The hosts are very responsive and communicated quickly by email. All-in-all, a great home in which to enjoy Ft. Lauderdal.

Clean,modern and well equipped place.Nice spot,with lots of activities on the property. One thing I will say is that there is a rooster that lives next door that WILL wake you up in the early hours,every single day.

Beautiful home, and the outdoor space was just fabulous. Private and beautiful are words to describe the backyard area. Hosts were so responsive as well. Walkable to many places which made it great! Our group of 8 had plenty of space. Everything really just as described! Thanks for a great week!

I stood the first week of March with some of my friends and business partners, we had a conference in the Hard Rock. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL!! The host was responsive, the miny Beach was beautiful! The Bedrooms were comfortable and decorative. Towels were everywhere. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. IT DID NOT MISS ONE THING! if you are looking for a large group of fun this is the place to stay. Walmart is 7 mins away so you can stack up. Beautiful neighborhood and you can also fish in the lake. FISHERMANS DREAM. My boyfriend caught some Mango Snapper. It's a Pristine place. I've been to many airbnbs and this one stuck out. Me and my friends would come back to have a get together here. I'm planning on it!

Manuel and Patty’s property felt like home. It was very clean, and had everything you’d need for a rental from a fully outfitted kitchen, to extra towels and beach chairs. I’d highly recommend this property for your next time visiting miami. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from everything in Miami without having to be in the city.

Our stay at Jesse`s place was very memorable. Home was in a lovely quiet neighborhood with a very beautiful yard and all the amenities you would need. Jesse`s home was very clean and in great condition. Easily walkable to restaurants ( approx. 20 min ). Also free local "Freebee" taxi pickup service available. We would definitely stay again if returning to Delray.

My family and I loved our stay. Saar was very kind, supportive, understanding, positive and accommodated us with our urgent needs. The entire home is modern, artistic and beautiful. The back yard is luscious and green with beautiful trees and plants. We felt like we were in a tropical paradise during our entire stay. The kitchen is modern and pristine, and the bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. Book your next stay at this beautiful paradise home today! We enjoyed our stay and the host was helpful to make that happen. Some things that made it challenging were the neighbors enjoying the weekend into the morning hours and other neighbors dogs barking at our child while we played in the yard. The second bathroom is also outside the house with the sauna, no big deal, but good to note for “busy” bathroom times. The kids area inside was great, we spent a lot of time there. Thank you

My husband and I thought place was great! We always go away with our kids, but finally decided to have husband/wife time…. It was awesome! Very private and peaceful area…We loved that it was totally private and spacious…. Super cool place.. We.ll be back!

Yvonne responded to texts within minutes answering any of our questions and was extremely accommodating to make our stay perfect. The beautiful little touches like the Xmas tree and Xmas music playing when we arrived made us feel very welcome. She provided everything we needed and some extras that we didn’t expect. Thank you Yvonne and family for making our stay so pleasant and such fun!

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.
