This place is a great spot for a big group. The ample sleeping arrangements and space inside and outside the house was great. Rivkah was very responsive and helped with whatever was needed.

We had a great stay! Close to restaurants and the beach. Easy to find and clean stay. Small pool as pictured which was perfect for our family. Host was very responsive!

We stayed here for a long weekend to go to Astros spring training. It was amazing!! Not too far from west palm beach airport or either baseball fields we visited during our trip. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, we absolutely loved it. We were traveling with an infant and they had a high chair, toys and more items that we didn’t even use. We hope to come back each year for spring training and would love to stay here again as well.

Really beautiful home. We were a family of 9 coming in for a 95th birthday celebration. The house layout is very comfortable for a large group-several sitting areas in and out, a great kitchen for multiple cooks and a lovely outdoor patio around the pool to sit and watch kids. Close to everything, especially our celebration venue. It worked out perfectly for us.

The place was clean and loved the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Four of six bedrooms were suites. Back yard view of pond was great with gazebo for shade and many iguanas. Only issue that although it is advertised as "Lakefront w/ 6 Bedrooms, 5 Baths, Pool, Hot Tub" was later informed the Hot Tub would be unavailable if I didn't pay more for heating ("Should you choose not to opt for heating, the pool will be available at its natural temperature. However, please note that the hot tub won't be operational.")

Perfect location with a wonderful set up with two units. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor area. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and bars!!!!

Lester was a great host loved his place lots to do. He was amazing in responding to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was better than advertised! Great location, quick access to shopping, food, entertainment. Christine was very quick to respond and was very accommodating of our request to extend our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area..Highly Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming typical house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very cosy and clean. Everything was exactly as advertised. We definitely liked the comfortable beds. But the best of it all was the host Isa. Although we didn’t meet her in person she welcomed us and responded very quickly when we had questions. It was clear that she wanted us to enjoy our stay in the best conditions possible. Thanks again Isa.

We had a fantastic stay at Val's guest house! It was exactly as described in the listing and provided the perfect space for our family. Val was a wonderful host, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The guest house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach – it was just a quick and easy drive, less than 10 minutes! This made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand with the kids. We highly recommend Val's guest house; we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place in an excellent neighbourhood. The no property I overlooks a no peaceful canal. All correspondence was quick, efficient and accurate.

We had a great stay at Corey's! The place was clean and had all the basic amenities. The reserved parking space was a nice touch. This is a gated community, so you do have to enter and exit through a security gate with a guard but overall this did not have much impact on our stay. Corey was very responsive to anything we needed!

We had a great stay! The location is great as it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, and only a 10-15 minute Uber or bike ride (you can rent bikes right down the street) to las olas so we felt like we got a little bit of everything! Ventura was so quick to respond. The staff within the facility were amazing and attentive as well. Our unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend this well kept property. Everything here is ground level so no neighbors above and easy access to get in the house. This is a quiet peaceful area close to everything. I hope to stay here again next year.

Lovely home with everything you’d need for a relaxing time. The house was well cleaned and I could tell much thought was put into it. I appreciated Jason’s timely communication and his desire to take care of us as guests.

Caryn’s cottage was such a gem! It was even better than expected—spacious, clean, safe, pet-friendly, and in a fantastic location. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. The cottage was within walking distance of a great strip of restaurants and cafes/near the town plaza and also very close to a lovely park along the water. Plus, the beach is less than a mile away, and Caryn had beach towels and chairs available for us to borrow. Caryn, who is on-site, was super responsive when we needed her but also gave us plenty of space. The cottage itself is completely detached from the main unit, private with a separate entrance and parking spot. The outside/garden area of the home is beautiful if you want to enjoy a meal outside, and the pool was clean and ready to use every morning. All in all, it was such a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely book again if we’re ever back in town.

The property was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The dock was very relaxing.

Regular communication leading up to the stay, including check-in day. Most everything was well outlined within the listing, and move-in prep notes. Needed to contact the owners for instructions on a couple of items during our stay. Each time, response was received within a couple of minutes. Seamless. Perfect location. Property was immaculate. Gated community. Quiet, friendly, walkable. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you, Donna (and Deborah!)!

Great place/super cute, easy check in, excellent communication. The cottage is even nicer in person than in the photos. Quiet safe neighborhood away from all the pretentiousness and tourists in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. You will need a car.

Cute house on a private road. Quiet at night. We’re miss feeding the turtles and the heated pool after a day of golfing. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities you need.
