for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Ramon was extremely thoughtful and accommodating! He stocked the fridge with waters, had beach towels and beach chairs for my son and I to use — the list goes on. I even had the pleasure of meeting him and he’s extremely pleasant. I’d stay again!

Had a great stay at Adam's place. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Had every amenity I needed. It's close to downtown St. Pete. Trip's is just a mile or so down the road and a great place for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment when visiting St. Pete. Don't hesitate.

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

My husband, myself and our two young kids stayed here for just a night while passing through Tampa. My biggest review is for the king bed—it is ultra comfy! The location is actually pretty great. It seems central and is walkable to the Armature Works and the riverwalk. We were just 10 minutes from the airport w/o traffic. The building, unit, and immediate neighborhood is older and is noticeable both outside and inside. Taylor has done a good job at sprucing the unit up, but it has it's wear. Dishes are provided, filtered water, extra bedding, AC was great, etc. Stay for the king bed though. It's dreamy. We'd return!

It was a picture perfect unit as described in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet, plus there's easy freeway access less than a mile away. I enjoyed staying here and Richard was an amazing host.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Hidden gem alert! This place is in a privileged place. Main attractions are just few minutes away. My family and I enjoyed Dali museum, Ybor city, Columbia restaurant, Segunda Bakery and El Reloj factoy. Thank you Olivia for an amazing stay! We enjoyed morning breakfast at your patio.

The place is exactly as described. Very clean and Efrain is very accommodating. Would highly recommend and a great location near all the area has to offer.

The house was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located to Clearwater for the beach & Phillies stadium.

Edward’s place worked out perfectly for us. I was there on business and everything worked out for me and my team. We grilled while there. As most airbnbs the kitchen had basics for cooking. If I have another project in the area, I will definitely consider Edward’s place.

We had a wonderful vacation at Lizney’s home. Close to a beautiful Beach,golfing and downtown Venice. She has a wonderful pool, great yard and patio. We liked to go to the beach both during day and for sunset and it was just a half mile from the home. The house was well equipped. We found this stay to be exactly as represented.

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

David was friendly and responsive. Exactly what we would hope for a host to be. The property is lovely. I would describe it as a Florida retiree's dream. It was large and clean. It's fully fenced in. The wifi is stable and strong. There is a 3-hole putting green, a table top bowling, and other amenities provided. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We felt right at home when we walked in. The house was very clean and smelled beautiful. The lighting was great and the house, appliences and amenties were all upgraded. We had no issues and inmediately relaxed and felt right at home. We will stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property.

Alex was a great host, always responsive, lets us do an early check in which that was a plus! The house was very clean and very spacious. Definitely a great place to stay with the family.

Our four night day was absolutely awesome! The rental was clean, orderly, completely furnished with everything you need, and walking distance to stores. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Finally, the owners were incredibly responsive. Well done!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

Sandra’s rental was great. Easy to find and incredibly comfortable. The area isn’t big but very nice and comfortable. Location is perfect for getting to all sides and beaches in St. Pete. I only walked around the block once. I’ll bring a bike on my next visit. Personal preference. Sandra was friendly and was always available if I needed something. Great host! Great rental! Great place to visit! I’ll be back.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Melinda’s place was very clean, beautiful views and close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Very cute and clean condo close enough to beach. Bed was extremely comfortable views from front/back were great. Had everything we needed for a sisters weekend. Loved all the beach equipment that was there to use.
