Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Full disclosure, I did not stay at his unit as ended up in another spot with friends. Awesome communication and great pricing!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

A quiet, clean location that is walkable to Sprouts grocery store, a cool coffee shop, the Riverwalk, and delicious restaurants! We would stay here again!

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! We had some minor problems on checking in, but Carol was quick to respond. She came over within a short time to handle the minor issue. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. There are some rough-looking homes, but we had no problems. The neighbors were friendly. It was quiet at night. The nearby playground was only used during the day and early evening hours. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurants and bars in Ybor City. We also felt safe using the free trolley, even late at night.

The place is exactly as described. Very clean and Efrain is very accommodating. Would highly recommend and a great location near all the area has to offer.

This place was awesome! It reminded me of “old school” Airbnb before the quality of accomodations seemed to have gone down over the last few years. The property and house were exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and stylish, and the pool was fabulous. We visited in early April and the pool temperature was perfect. Lots of sun in the back outside, too. Communication and accommodation on the part of the hosts was top notch—they even offered to get us a pack and play for our infant, which worked out great. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban—good for a peaceful getaway. I wish there were restaurants within walking distance (there are not), but there are many options within a few minutes drive. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back someday!

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

We felt right at home when we walked in. The house was very clean and smelled beautiful. The lighting was great and the house, appliences and amenties were all upgraded. We had no issues and inmediately relaxed and felt right at home. We will stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property.

Alex was a great host, always responsive, lets us do an early check in which that was a plus! The house was very clean and very spacious. Definitely a great place to stay with the family.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Sandra’s place was perfect for our little staycation in the St. Pete/Tampa area! It was a great location and wasn’t too far from a lot of places/restaurants near downtown. The backyard was also very peaceful and quiet and we had a great time utilizing the outdoor space. Everything was very clean when we arrived and it was so nice having the mini kitchenette with the refrigerator. If we’re ever in the area, we’ll definitely look into booking Sandra’s place again :)

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!

Great place for the cost. Easy drive to beach, but can’t swim in bay at location. Pool was warm and drinks were cold. Would recommend.
