Cute property with very spacious backyard on a great location in Cleveland, TN

The house was terrific. It had a fully functional kitchen, sectional in the living room and spacious bedrooms. Bobby was very friendly and responsive when I had any questions. The front porch swing was a real treat! They also allow fur babies which is a huge deciding factor for us when we travel. We stayed for 20 nights while in Cleveland helping my sister recover after a surgery and we would gladly stay again when we come back.

This adorable house is located close to Lee University. It is decorated so cute and the beds are super comfortable!

Great location for our soccer tournament nearby! Very convenient to tons of shopping/restaurants/grocery stores! Heather was very responsive and a great host as well!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Deana’s barndominium! 6 family members stayed super comfortably together - lots of space for all of us. The location is SUPER close Hidden Springs where a cousin got married — if you’re going to an event at Hidden Springs, you couldn’t be closer! The hot tub was lovely to watch the stars — shared with the main house. There are great walking trails through the forest. The kitchen was super well outfitted and we were able to have some great meals around the table. Worth bringing the food you need before you arrive in Apison! We loved the sounds of the Chattanooga Choo Choo that passes by several times a day / night, but worth bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Comfy beds, great pillows, cozy temperature, we all slept well.

Adam & Nicole were wonderful! We stayed the week of Christmas and when I booked initially, I let them know we would be traveling with our grandparents. Adam went out of his way to send additional photos and make sure everyone would be able to get into the barn/navigate the property without us even inquiring or thinking that would be an issue. The location is fantastic and we cannot wait to come up again when the weather is a little warmer. We had dinner almost every night in the upstairs barn as that kitchen was definitely the most adequately stocked. The game room, pool area, volleyball net, creek and fishing pond, the numerous walking trails on property literally everything was awesome. Nicole reached out the day we checked in to let us know the house was ready - she was extremely responsive and I definitely felt like she would be available if anything came up. This is the perfect place especially if you’re looking for different living spaces on the same property.

The unit was exactly as described and like the pictures. It was at a great location close to everywhere we were going and it was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room to have a friend over that we had not seen in over a year. Hosts were also very responsive and did recommend some great restaurants. Our only thing was that we couldn't control our AC and that you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs throughout the night. It's like creaking noises when people upstairs walk around which wasn't an issue every night but some nights it was. However, at the end of the day the unit was great and if we come back would stay there again. Thank you so much!

Had a small party here for about 20 friends from around Chattanooga. Generous parking spots, fabulous pool, and the covered outdoor kitchen was such a nice way to spend time outdoors with friends! They setup the tables and chairs and even put out jars of flowers and tablecloths. The beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked! This would be a wonderful spot for a casual wedding or a small family reunion.

Beautiful home right on the course!

Right off 411 a super great place to stay when traveling through or in our case visiting family. Close to the highway but you do t hear or see anything and feel completely isolated in a beautiful oasis. Super easy stay for my family thank you Renee

A beautiful house in the even more beautiful property. We wished we explored the river and ponds nearby but only had one night.

i have stayed here several times and specifically this room. Each time has been better than the last and I have yet to be disappointed. I will say the only complaint I have and I’m not sure if it’s a complaint but there were a lot more kids running and playing by the room banging into the walls with their bikes and toys but they are children. Sharon runs a great establishment and he has been very easy to work with and communicates extremely well.

I was surprised at how lovely this place was both the house and the surrounding beauty! I had 10 adults and 5 kids coming and going and the place accommodated us comfortably. The kitchen was phenomenal! I also took advantage of Blair's offer of the "petting" barn. Both she and her husband gave my grandkids forever memories as they introduced and let the kids pet the farm animals! I highly recommend this place - it is worth it!

Perfect place to join up with our son, DIL, infant, and dog, as they evacuated from south Florida! We enjoyed making our meals in the fully stocked kitchen! The house was set up perfectly for our needs, with the master suite on one side of the house, and two bedrooms and full bath on the other. Enjoyed our walks in the beautiful quiet neighborhood!
