The small house on the hill is a custom built wooden cottage. Internally it is immaculate, all the fittings are new and fit for purpose. The bed is very comfortable and the shower room adjacent is great. Best thing about the property has to be the views across the golf course and on to the Bass Rock.

Just came back from a fabulous two night stay at the old dairy. Ainslie made sure the heating and lights were on for us arriving back at the property on our first night whilst we attended a wedding which was made us feel so very welcome. There was some breakfast bits for the following day in the fridge, plenty of towels, coffee pods, hot chocolate sachets etc kitchen was well equipped. Log burner was a lovely extra as well! absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I even forgot a phone charger & ainslie was straight round to let me borrow one! 10/10 host so friendly and accommodating and would recommend this place to anyone! A very kind woman runs this place & anyone booking will not be disappointed - highly recommend!!! A very cute & quirky stay! Thanks you again for such a lovely stay.

Had a great time, Laura and family were very helpful with a minor hiccup one evening. Great venue family loved it. Good location for day trips including Loch Lomond and Royal Yacht.

What an amazing little place! Dawn is extremely informative about the local area, gave us very handy tips about Scotland! She is very friendly and a great host. The cottage itself was extremely cosy, thank you for your hospitality, I will absolutely be back in the future ✨

Had an amazing stay, would 100% rebook for another stay. Cottage was absolutely spotless, hot tub was also immaculate and one of the best we have been to. Was surprised there was no TV but it didn't bother us at all as we were there for a good catch up and spent most of our time in the hot tub.

Excellent stay at Helen’s cottage, so peaceful and very homely. Games room and hot tub are excellent. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Capo Farmhouse is a true gem to find. From the clear and accurate pictures you can really see what the house & surrounding area is going to be. What the pics do not convey is how spacious and private the house is. This is an incredible part of the world and using Capo Farmhouse (&cottages) as a base to explore from is an honour. And, if you want to stay close to 'home' the Farmhouse is absolutely the best place to do this. They have a great array of games, the hot tub, the beautiful gardens and lovely walks close by without having to drive. We would highly recommend the Farmhouse and the standout features for us are the cosy feel of the place with the fire on. The ridiculously comfortable beds. The amazing surroundings and how private & peaceful it is. Just remember to take your own coffee!

A gorgeous place to stay, really enjoyed our visit and would definitely return in summer time! Should be made aware of the road to the cottage as it’s made for bigger cars on a dirt road. Our smaller cars scraped along, could damage underneath car and not great for your tyres but apart from that it was excellent. We were able to get a late check out which was appreciated as with late check-in and early check-out you only really get 1 full day if staying for the weekend. Lovely hosts and very spacious cottages😁would happily return!

Brett's cottage is outstanding. The surroundings were tranquil. wish I had the time to explore more whilst staying in the cottage as Shandwick was so lovely. Would recommend this little piece of serenity to anyone looking to explore the north Highlands.

Really lovely break, everything was exactly as expected from the photos and listing. Nice little touches such as some food and a few pet supplies left for us. Very clear instructions on navigating and arrival. Would highly recommend!

Great place with fantastic equipment and set up, good kitchen and social spaces, overall spot in but worth noting it is quite close to the railway line, not a huge issue as it's quite a quiet line. Overall great.

Our second stay here, we love it. The cottage is beautiful as are the surroundings. Lots of nature & fabulous walks. Especially loved watching the birds, red squirrels & woodpecker at the feeder by the window. The hosts are very friendly & very responsive to any queries. Hope to be back again soon!

Our third stay in this lovely cosy cottage. The fire, heating, furnishings and festive touches all added to the experience. There was a tray of goodies, fluffy white towels, a large comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. Right by the beach, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and an easy walk to the local pub and supermarket.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the fireplace. Although the house is somewhat isolated, it is conveniently located near Inverness and close to Tesco and Asda. We also appreciated the welcome basket! We highly recommend it and are looking forward to returning.

We were visiting family so the location was perfect. Being right on the high street close to all amenities that we needed. Host was quick to respond and kept us up to date with check in and out. Thank you we would definitely stay again

The Couthy Cottage was very cozy and we loved it! Super cute and had everything we needed. It was convenient to restaurants, pubs, shops, the train station, and the Blair Castle. Our host Kate was so friendly and drove us to the Highland Games so we wouldn’t have to drive/park. We highly recommend the Couthy Cottage!

We had a fantastic break away to bring in the bells and celebrate our first new year together along with our doggos Ruby & Stella… the cottage was stunning and is in such a beautiful location with views overlooking Loch Tay and the surrounding mountains! Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. Olive was a great host and nothing was too much trouble! 10/10 - we will definitely be back again and will recommend to everyone! We did get a little lost once we entered the estate as there was roads forking in two directions but a quick call to Gill had us back on track. Beware of the track leading up to Garden Cottage as there are a lot of pot holes. It was all worth it once we got to the cottage though. The cottage was clean and spacious with a lovely log fire that we took advantage of everyday. Plenty walks around the estate, pity we couldn't walk up to Forglen House but you get pretty views from the river.

Stayed for 3 nights with my dog. Holmhead exceeded my expectations and I felt instantly at home. The location is superb and perfect for exploring the Cairngorms or even just stepping outside the front door and being in the forest. The cottage is extremely well equipped for its size and I found a few things, for guests use, that I wasn't quite expecting, (hot water bottles :) ). The brand new electric heating is very effective and the log burner is 'ferocious', but definitely a must when temperatures were below freezing. Cat is a very gracious, accommodating and genial host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend thoroughly.

Our second stay of the year at this exquisite wee cottage, this time surrounded by the beauty of autumn. The cottage has everything you need, thoughtfully arranged. Owner Briony is friendly and helpful. Perfect, quiet location with so many gorgeous walks nearby. Ate at Andersons in Boat of Garten, recommended. Will definitely return again to Sycamore cottage.

My husband and I and our 20 year old daughter had a wonderful stay at Butler Cottage. The estate grounds are amazing with a mix of woodland and farm fields scattered over the hills. We enjoyed daily walks done and along the river. If your animal lovers like we are it was extra special. The Highland cows and sheep add beauty to the scenery, but the deer, hares, pheasants and other birds of prey really add the wow factor. The cottage is full of charm with an old world feel. It’s been very smartly renovated and decorated and is in great condition. We loved the farmhouse style kitchen which is open to a comfortable living room with high ceilings. The built in beds are beautifully done and although on the small side we enjoyed the authentic touch. The wood stoves on each end of the cottage work well to add extra warmth in the evenings. Ross was a gracious host. The place was with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh goods from the farm. He even had the fire started for the hot tub.
