We loved staying at this AirBnb! The beds were comfortable and big. The space was wonderful for 4 people. The kitchen was very well-stocked (good can opener, hand mixer, slow cooker, pots, pans, measuring cups, and all sorts of cooking utensils). The resort had pretty areas to walk. We walked our dog, but we also walked ourselves by the marina, to a little kayak dock, and even to the small beach. Our favorite part was the view from the decks. We were able to see manatees every day--which was such a treat for us. The fishing pier was damaged during a recent hurricane, but we ended up having a nice day fishing and exploring at E.G. Simmons Regional Park. Julie was a thoughtful host who communicated well. We hope we can return to this one!

This was a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. Easy neighborhood to walk around and bike in.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is so cozy and clean as described. Would have loved to use the bikes but didn’t have access to garage. Would stay again if in area.

You will not regret staying in this beautiful house. I promise y’all. I had such an amazing time. This house is big and the hospitality was SUPER great. It was literally Better then expected. I will definitely will look forward into staying here again when I go back to Florida for vacation. Thank you for everything!

This place was everything it was advertised to be and more! I would definitely use Ryan’s services again! The place was so peaceful and clean. He made it feel like home away from home and I appreciated that. Super responsive as well!

The condo was perfect for a girls(ladies) trip! Everything was as pictured in the photos. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals and there were beach chairs and pool noodles for guests in the balcony storage. We were supposed to stay for a whole week but Hurricane Helene was headed to Florida and we had to cut our trip short but the 4 days that we had was so much fun! I really liked staying in there. We met so many other friendly people while hanging out at the pool. We loved being able to enjoy the sunsets in the evening and coffee in the morning on the balcony. I hope to come back and stay again!

My husband, sister, and young daughter had an awesome 2 night stay. The house was EXTREMELY clean! the linens were comfy, and the house overall was a dream! I'd stay here in a heartbeat. I loved the keyless entry, easy parking, and the lights on he stairway as you go upstairs. Overall we had an amazing stay. Do yourself a favor, and book this house!

Nice spot and had everything we needed. Convenient location to most of Tampa. Decent space, very clean, and responsive hosts. Would stay again.

What a great place! The neighborhood community was very friendly & beautiful. The pool, tennis/pickleball courts and clubhouse were just a quick walk away. Coastal Cottage is convenient to multiple parks, shopping, restaurants, beaches and activities in various nearby by towns including Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater. Every detail has been covered to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable - so very comfortable. I particularly loved the back screened porch area for morning coffee and reading as well as the front porch to just sit and enjoy the Florida weather. We couldn't have dreamed nor asked for a better place to spend our time away from the winter up north! Can't wait to come again!

This place was a 15 out of 10! My girlfriend and I were in a pinch trying to find a second place to stay after Hurricane Milton (our home got ruined and we lost all our furniture). These guys responded quickly. The check in was super easy as opposed to most key pads. The outside area is SO CUTE btw. The home was really homey and super clean; it also had EVERYTHING we needed from pots, utensils, W/D, towels, etc. Oh! And the bed was SOOOO comfortable. I even asked where they got the bed hehe 😂🥰 It was 10 extra mins for me to work but that’s alright. But yes, Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, Claire was responsive to all our needs, made tremendous recommendations and arranged a later check out to accommodate my wife’s needs. The unit is equipped with everything u might need for your stay. Looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended !

This home was pristine, the definition of clean!!! Timothy was super responsive with a minor issue. Although it’s not in the best neighborhood (motel across the street) it did feel safe. My teenage daughter and I had a great time getting to know a colony of kitties that roamed the area (we are total cat lovers). My family loved the space and loved being able to use the garage to come and go from the house. This place is one of the top Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, it had all the amenities!!! It’s right off US-19 which takes you straight to many beaches along the gulf coast. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

It was a great property. It was nice to have separate spaces on a larger property. Very convenient to our day trips.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything and more than we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect , close location to the venue. Easy access and flexible checkin was appreciated.

When I say I definitely will be staying again next month when we come into town, that’s how great the air bnb was. It was definitely a nice stay and his responses and instructions on everything was on point 100% I definitely recommend

Great space for our trip! Lina accommodated our request for a crib and high chair which was so helpful.

This was one of the best AirBnB stay's I have ever had!! The house was immaculate, perfectly located for both baseball games and downtown walkability, and some of the most responsive hosts I have ever had! We had a minor issue with the locks that was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our stay at all. Added bonus, the hosts are local and we ran into them downtown and got some great recommendations!

Janet’s place was clean and quiet. the location was nice too. We enjoyed walking in the park next to the condo and biking at Flatwoods Park. Grocery store and restaurants were nearby which was super convenient. The garage is made for small cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, lovely place and safe area. Only complaint was a few dishes and cups were dirty but easy to clean those up and continue the day.

Great location, comfortable place. As described; very clean, well equipped, and helpful owners. There are many things to do locally; walks, nearby restaurants and access to roadways.
