We stayed at Liz’s house for a long Easter weekend and it was fantastic! Everything was clean and well organised which made settling in easy. Liz was great with communication at all times and the little touches she provided for our stay were above and beyond! If anyone is looking for a stay on the Norfolk coast then you won’t do much better than this! Thanks Liz!

Really loved our stay at Lee’s place over the Easter weekend. It’s spotless and there are details he hadn’t mentioned which really helped us out, travelling with a 3 year old (eg blackout blinds, a highchair and a clever child’s seat built in to the loo seat lid). It had a lovely feel to it and we were at home right away. Very much enjoyed walking along the seafront to Harwich old town. Having an Asda a short walk away is v helpful too. Would love to return in summer and am already looking at dates. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Hoxne House which was able to host 10 of us comfortably. The property was a great base with the beautiful Weybourne beach and countryside just a short walk away. The house has a range of games, beach chairs and wind breaks allowing us to enjoy our trips to the beach and time spent at the property even more. Great communicative host and somewhere I would hire again without a second thought

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

We selected Tobias' place for the location, as we have young children and elderly parents who struggle to walk far. Very close to the beach and town. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. A lot of thought has been put into the decor. The snacks, milk and Prosecco were a lovely touch. The house was nice and warm which is welcome after a long day at the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. Tobias was very responsive, we would definitely stay again if we come back to Sherringham!

We stayed at Paddlestop for a long weekend to celebrate my 63rd birthday - 7 of us and two tiny ones, from 23 month old through to 89 year old! Suited us all perfectly. Awesome to find such a gorgeous, truly family friendly, property. Stair gates top and bottom, so many toys to keep my grandchildren amused in the garden, utility room as well as kitchen giving plenty of storage, really comfy lounge, spacious bedrooms. The garden is more spacious than the photo would suggest, with plenty of options for seating in sun or shade. Own parking always a huge bonus for a holiday home - one car fitted on the drive and the other two were able to park out the front. Fantastic welcome hamper, and additionally a birthday card and chocolates! We loved the furnishings and artworks too. It was a short easy walk to the high street and the sea front. Thank you Sarah for everything, and the early check in worked a treat.

We had a wonderful 4 days at the barn with our family. Great that we grandparents had our own ‘suite’ upstairs away from the early morning mayhem of the grandchildren! The barn is in the most perfect setting. The children loved the short walk to the private riverside beach where they built sandcastles and paddled in the river. We enjoyed long walks along the river almost making it to the Ramsholt Arms. Sutton Hoo is really close by as are Aldeburgh, Orford, Bawdsey and Shingle Street. All worth a visit!

My stay was perfect. Accommodation was spotless. We only stayed one night but it suited our needs perfectly.

We had a brilliant week. The hosts were responsive and sent clear instructions to check in. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. The kids loved the pool and it was lovely and warm and a great size. The garden is massive and looks out over the sea. You can walk on the beach within 5 mins from the house. Thanks for having us we all really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our visit to Brancaster and were delighted with the house and location. It was perfectly situated and had everything we needed and more. So well equipped with space for us as a family of five, two dogs and granny in tow as well! We had the BEST holiday and will definitely stay here again soon! We were in Felixstowe for a family emergency. Communication was very quick which was appreciated as it was all very short notice. We are familiar with the area and it’s well located with good access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was cosy and warm even though it was extremely cold outside when we were there.

Excellently appointed, ideally placed home. This would be a fantastic spot for a family get-together, quiet, spacious yet minutes from Sheringham centre, walks, beaches etc. A lot of work and thought has been put into this accomodation, little touches like the night lights in the hallway were a great idea everyone should follow. Conservatory was an ideal spacxe for family breakfasts and games nights. The garden a wonderful backdrop. Sherringham was a delight too (Whelk Coppers and Marmalade recommended).

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, Zoe was a brilliant and friendly host, with great communication and she made our stay a breeze. The bungalow is modern, clean, nicely located and perfect for a family of 4. We only stayed for one night, but with more time on our side we would have loved to have stayed for much longer. Thank you so much for a making our stay perfect.

This is a great place to base yourself for a break in Cromer & North Norfolk. Lovely clean well equipped house with superb parking. Short walk to the seaside. Lydie is a great host, communicating regularly and warmly. Top break. Thank you.

Very happy with our stay at Kim’s holiday home. This was ideal for us (two families sharing with children), very spacious with a lovely private secure garden for our dog. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Also very clean and tidy throughout with lovely decor. It is within a short distance to the harbour, 5 mins walk down a public footpath to the rear of the property which was ideal. Would stay again and would highly recommend. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have had a lovely stay in Sheringham. The house was great. It provided lots of space for my friend and me and our children - the games room was perfect for the them! It's location, with a relatively short walk to the main areas of Sheringham, also made it ideal for us. Chris was an excellent host too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. We hope to return again sometime very soon. Thank you for having us!
