We had a lovely stay at the loft! Was exactly as described and the view was brilliant. Everything was super clear all the way through and the bread/milk provided was a really lovely touch! There were board games, logs for the fire and a coffee making station etc which was really useful. Anne sent us lots of great recommendations - the fish and chips at finn McCools were fab!

What a great Air BnB! This is just the place and service you want too find on Air BnB. The place is just a described and as in the photos but much more cozy than they can portray. Communication was great and Lloyd offered us an early check in as the weather was not great. The place is really comfortable with a comfy sofa and bed. The place is part of an very old converted farm and has been done to a very high standard. It's about a 20 minute walk to Seaton or a few minutes drive. There is a pub about 10 to 15 minutes walk away or again, just a few minutes in the car. If we were in a the area again we would not bother to look around at other places - we would be straight back. Thanks Lloyd for a great stay.

A lovely spring weekend spent at Jean’s place. Very well equipped and clean. Perfect location in Branscombe and nice to have a parking space outside the apartment.

The design is stunning, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The chic interior and breathtaking views are truly impressive. The spacious, cozy bed offers a perfect wake-up to the skyline. I've already recommended this place to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place for a weekend stay with lots of great walks and activities on the doorstep. Great setup, felt very private with beautiful views and ideal for either bad or good weather!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The attention to detail in this property was outstanding. Jill has thought of everything, from the utensils to the overall ambiance. She and her husband were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a beautiful scent, and the property itself exceeded our expectations. It truly took our breath away. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made for the best night’s sleep. The property was immaculate—10/10 for cleanliness. We loved waking up to the sound of birds singing; it felt like we were living in our own little fairytale. This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Super air b&b, Linda is a brilliant host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The accommodation is lovely, cosy and with ample space for a family of 3. Dog friendly and great local knowledge. Highly recommended.

A lovely little holiday home that has a fantastic location to a variety of local amenities and attractions. With Lyme Regis and Charmouth only 15/20 minutes away it was positioned perfectly to get to the different beaches. The Annexe was as described and has been cleverly designed to maximise sleeping arrangements whilst offering both a bath and shower! Parking was situated just outside the Annexe and close to the working farm where the geese would often be seen. We were able to take advantage of the farms produce and enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace one evening!
