I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. My family stayed at Daniela's beautiful house over Christmas. We had a relaxing time at the quiet lakeside home. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was fantastic because we love to cook. Daniela and Alessandra are great hosts, and they responded quickly to all our inquiries. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the island of Monte Isola. When we arrived on the first day, we were tired from the long journey. Daniela and Alessandra welcomed us with lots of delicious goodies in the kitchen and a nice sparkling wine. Much appreciated! It's advisable to travel by car.

Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen für einen perfekten ruhigen Aufenthalt am Comer See! Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder :)

The view alone was worth the stay. The apartment had a Fantastic atmosphere and we utilised all of the facilities except the pool. The greeting by Gabrielle and Nicolette was outstanding who gave us detailed information about the facilities. I recommend this property and location for anyone as long as they have their own transport.

We had a great time in Villa in Longone Al Segrino. The villa is big and able to host our large family group (11 adults and 5 children). The villa is quiet and you can really explore the surrounding lake for a walk and to reach restaurants. The view from the huge living room windows are fabulous, where you can see the city, the hills, and the mountains view. We spent our year end time there and we were able to see great fire works and celebrations. The villa is well equipped to host big family events. Barbara (our host) is very kind, very helpful and very supportive, even when we arrive at the villa quite late. She was also flexible to accommodate our late check out. She showed us where to go and what to do nearby the area. She was very responsive and even she came all the way to help our family out when needed. Great villa and excellent host.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Siamo stati ospiti da Silvana con i nostri amici pelosi (accolti con gioia anche loro ed è cosa rara) la casa è stupenda, calda accogliente ed estremamente pulita. Situata in un contesto da favola, l’ideale se si vuole ritrovare una connessione con la natura. All’interno dell’alloggio non manca davvero nulla, in un batti baleno ti ritrovi a casa. Silvana si è dimostrata premurosa e professionale indicandoci con estrema precisione tutte le indicazione necessarie per il check-in, per il soggiorno e consigliandoci delle bellissime passeggiate tra i monti. Siamo stati estremamente felici di questa esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

nous avons passé 5jours sur place et nous sommes ravi du séjour sur les bords du lac. avec alternance visite et randonnée. monica à été réactive et flexible sur l'arrivée ce qui a été sympa.

Spent the week for my birthday here and I don't regret it at all! Andrea was a very responsive host, and answered all my questions. Space and amenities advertised were as provided and I would definitely rebook here in my future vacations to the Lake como region.

Wonderful few days staying at Luxury San Rocco. Eros & Dani were super helpful with our enquiries whilst here & even picked us up and drove us to Bellagio one morning when the bus didn’t turn up. Even though it was October my husband went swimming in the lake and my son kayaking at 7:30 in the morning. We visited Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and we also visited Villa Balbianello which is opposite the Villa over the lake. A wonderful few days with the family and would highly recommend x

La proprietaria della casa è molto gentile, la casa è particolarmente pulita e ordinata, e il panorama è stupendo. Se viaggiate nei dintorni, non perdetela assolutamente!

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Top Zustand in Colico. Das Haus hat genug Platz geboten für 3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Innen sowie aussen ist alles sehr gepfelgt und wertig. Wenn man möchte ist man schnell zu Fuß am See. Wenn man was erleben möchte ist das Auto jedoch unabdingbar.

Beautiful location with easy access to everything. Only 5-10 minute walk from train. Loved it here and would stay again for longer when possible. Daniele was very helpful and accommodating.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Un accueil au top de la propriétaire ! Une gentillesse incroyable ! Merci aussi à Sofia pour sa réactivité par messages à toutes nos questions ! Le logement est situé en hauteur et offre donc une vue magnifique sur le lac. Nous avons adoré notre séjour mais nous avons trouvé cela un peu compliqué avec des enfants en bas âge à cause des escaliers et l’absence de micro onde mais sinon c’était vraiment parfait ! Encore un grand merci !

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten. Für uns mit zwei Familien hat es perfekt gepasst, die Kinder haben den Garten und den Pool geliebt. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker direkt nebenan. Die angrenzende Hauptstraße ist laut, das war aber den bisherigen Bewertungen schon zu entnehmen.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, allerdings sind die letzten Kilometer zur Unterkunft sehr schmal, steil und kurvig. Es braucht also geübte Fahrer und einigermaßen leistungsstarke Autos ;) ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - Anna ist eine sehr nette und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin für jegliche Fragen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen, noch besser als auf den Fotos sowieso schon. Der Check in per Schlüsselbox war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und diverse Toilettenartikel waren auch reichlich vorhanden, das ist in anderen Wohnungen nicht immer der Fall oder kostet extra. Bei Fragen hat Alexander immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Praktisch war auch die sehr große Garage, um das Auto abzustellen, da es in Corrido nicht wirklich Parkplätze hat. Man ist schnell am Luganersee, am Comersee und bis zum Lago Maggiore ist es auch nur eine Stunde mit dem Auto. Super gefallen hat uns auch ein Shopping Tag im riesigen Foxtown Outlet Center, wo man tolle Schnäppchen machen kann. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und wir würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen.

A lovely house with absolutely stunning view, even more beautiful than on the pictures. The village of Rezzonico is picturesque and quiet, with an old Roman street passing through. We enjoyed the view from the terrace and our walks through the village very much! Andrea is very friendly and helpful.
