Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

I can’t speak highly enough of Garrys place, the photos just don’t do it justice. It was very comfortable with everything you could need. The out door space was lovely and it was secure for the dogs. We especially enjoyed the Prosecco and welcome pack. Thank you Garry, we will be back!

We had a fab time, great coastal location, lots to do and wonderful weather……struggled with the WiFi / internet back at the pad tho. Good job we were mostly out and about exploring a lot of the time. Only issue it caused was communication with Zoe, but she responded quickly when messages got through (thank you Zoe)

Perfectly suited our needs. Clean and comfortable. Spacious and airy. A perfect base with a nice private garden area for breakfast (and dinner etc!) outside. Watched butterflies and listened to the birdsong each morning and unravelled. The fact that you park a little away from property was actually a bonus as it was just so peaceful. Can offload bits a bit nearer and then park in the car park by the cricket club. The beach and town of Instow is family friendly. Quiet and clean with a couple of pub restaurants and the weekend music type bar nearby that closes by 9pm so no unwanted noise. Great chilled holiday vibes. And local beaches such as Woolacombe and Saunton fab for swimming and body boarding. Wonderful place 😊

Helen was great! Very clear instructions and very easy to communicate with. The bungalow was as described and the location was beautiful. The pool was a real bonus for when the weather was a bit damp. Would recommend.

A Fantastic Family Getaway at Widemouth Bay We recently visited Widemouth Bay with our family—two teenagers, two younger kids, and two dogs—and had an amazing time! The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, offering stunning views of the bay and breathtaking sunsets. The house itself is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere. Everything we needed was right there, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to Rachel, our incredible hostess. She was so helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations and useful tips that made our experience even better. Overall, a 5-star stay that we would highly recommend!

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. The view really is amazing and it is quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable and all the bedding and towels smelled flowery fresh. The bath is cavernous, if you leave just the hot tap on for a good while, it heats to a perfect temperature and could hold a small village 🤣. The bungalow has everything you could need, from vinegar for your (absolutely delicious) local fish and chips, to a good pair of binoculars to search the view. The owner was very friendly and supportive. Thoroughly recommended!

other then the level of food dropping over the last 2 days. It was amazing. staff were fantastic. The place itself was stunning. we'd go back every month and the management team refunded for the 2 poor dishes. other then this it was a 10 out of 10. But don't all book at once and drive the fair prices up.

Feel very lucky to have stayed at the bungalow after booking at relatively short notice. For a family of 6 and two dogs it’s often a hard task to find somewhere to accommodate us all but this met our needs perfectly. The bungalow is clean and super well equipped. Perfect for exploring North Devon for New year and meeting with friends. Thank you Rob for being the perfect host.

Very welcoming host, spacious lodge in a fab location close the beach and local attractions. Recommended to families and will definitely look to return.

Good location near Croyde beach and south west coastal path. Beautiful coastline. Dog and family loved the nearby tracks. House was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Great surf and beautiful golfcourse.

Excellent property in very handy location. Walking distance to shops, cafes etc and short drive from all the beautiful beaches. The house was so cosy for a winter escape, log fire and the heating was very efficient. Big comfy beds and nice fluffy towels, all the things you want for a treat of a getaway. The only niggle is no coffee machine if you’re a big coffee drinker take your own! There is a cafetière though if you like a French press! Kitchen is so well stocked, good knives and nice pans you can easily cook a full meal. Beautiful afternoon sun in the front of the property, perfect for sitting out when it gets a bit warmer. We would love to visit again.

Amazing property , very clean and tidy . Only thing I would say is the price was quite a lot for 1 night with the added £100 for the hot tub which bumped the price up to over £600 for 1 night. But the place is amazing

Victoria is a very helpful and friendly host and always answered all my questions. The house is nice and spacious, plenary of room with lots to do inside the house , there was 12 of use but it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other as the house is massive and like I said plenty of rooms . We had a lovely time here with all our family for my mums 70th birthday, we had good quality family time together and made some great memories, that’s when you realise that we don’t do it often another. We had teenage kids there and they didn’t even get bored , they made full use of the cinema room and the pool table , oh and the snack bar 😂😂. Thank you so much for letting us make some great memories in your home 🏠
