Great house with tons of space. The inside aesthetic is very retro with modern amenities. There's a nice backyard area where my dog got to roam around. Daniel was very accommodating and responsive.

Great place. Quiet neighborhood. Clean home. Spacious. We used this as our hub for our son’s graduation from AF and he was able to come back and relax there with us.

The house was so beautiful! We had an awesome time & would stay again. The home was big enough for all my family & friends. We had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed. Gorgeous place!

Steve’s place was great. The interior was distinctively decorated with photographic art and memorabilia. Hanging out in the back, beside the pool and spa, was very relaxing. Downtown Austin and Cota were only a 20 minute drive. It was perfect for us.

This was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely be returning here when we come down for future visits to MD!

Georgia's place was a welcoming home for our stay. We had 5 adults on this trip and each of us had comfortable rooms that were tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the fire pit and backyard was a wonderful addition, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. The place is immaculate as well! And I'm picky about cleanliness. The house is also located just a short drive from the Silos, Baylor University, and the riverwalk. So many great things to do. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying at Georgia's guest house when visiting Waco.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed this place so so much. It was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend so we never drove - just walked everywhere. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Jennifer was so responsive when we didn't not have a K-Cup coffee maker and had one delivered overnight so we could have coffee first thing in the morning. A life saver! Loved the outdoor patio area with the swinging bed! Such a nice breeze when we came back after a hard day of shopping and wanted to just hang and rest before dinner. Definitely plan to come back again! :)

Great location...walkable to historic Gruene...great restaurants in New Braunfels/Gruene...live music abounds...We had a great time. The closet in the unit is huge...washer and dryer...well equipped kitchen...comfortable mattress and pillows...we thought the unit was great.

I LOVED our stay at the Porch Light! It was in a perfect location- we could easily walk up and down main street from the Air B&B. It was in a quiet area, but close to everything; which made the hot tub nights super relaxing! The coffee shop around the corner was perfect before headed to hike Enchanted Rock. I definitely plan on staying again!

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb property, and my experience was truly wonderful. Upon arrival, Mesiah went above and beyond by surprising me with a bunch of delicious cookies, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. During my time there, I encountered a minor issue with the dishwasher, but Mesiah responded immediately and had it fixed within no time, ensuring there were no disruptions to my stay. It's clear that Mesiah is dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for guests, always going the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. I felt completely at home throughout my visit, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area!

This was our first visit to Austin and it was amazing. Staying at Joe & Susan’s place was perfect: great location for all of our activities, the suite itself was wonderful and couldn’t ask for anything better, and of course, Joe & Susan were perfect hosts. The suite was modern with so many amenities. It was our home away from home. We felt so welcomed by Joe & Susan and they had thought of everything to make our stay extra special. They provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants, live music and activities. We visited many of the places they recommended and they were all so good. We were able to enjoy some live music on four nights; two were downtown and we avoided parking as we were close enough to just walk to the venues. One night, we walked back. Another night, we took a short uber home. It was all so perfect. Joe & Susan are amazing hosts. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Joe & Susan.

Celia's place is just amazing: peacful, nice enviroment, filled with everything you need. Celia and her husband are the best hosts ever: we had great conversations, we really felt like home - this is more than just an Airbnb, it's the best of Texas!

Such a wonderful historic home!! really enjoyed the "right at home" atmosphere that she has set up for her guests! Everything you need is there for you! Katherine definitely puts a lot of thought into making sure her guests have anything and everything they should need. She's extremely helpful and quick to respond, should you need anything at all. The perfect spot in Austin! The park/river is a walkable distance with some minimarts and coffee shops nearby. It was a perfect spot to have a car and park for free - so we could drive to the destinations we had in mind during the day and when nighttime came around and it was time to party we were only a $5-8 Lyft ride away from downtown. Neighborhood was safe and the room is as advertised! We will definitely stay again in the future, 5 stars all around!

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 98 Island Dr. # 11, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, everything was absolutely spotless and impeccably clean. They made the check-in process a breeze, and gave me all the information I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The unit itself was modern and stylish, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable and cozy, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the attention to detail when it came to cleaning and sanitation. Overall, I highly recommend the 98 Island Dr. # 11, for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great accommodation with excellent amenities at the facility including outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river, game room. Also loved the direct beach access without a drive or crossing a busy road.

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

apartment was very spacious clean Wi-Fi was good it's in a close gated apartment complex which is also a plus you have your own parking and nobody really bothers you so definitely recommend
