Lovely large house ; located in a nice neighborhood. We were four adult women and enjoyed our three night stay. Everything we needed and more.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. This felt like staying at a dear friend's home (not the overly staged, and way too basic AirBnBs we've all seen before). The furniture was super comfortable, so tasteful and very "Fredericksburg" - clean lines, thoughtfully and beautifully laid out, with antique-y and homey touches. The Riddle, in particular, was SO MUCH FUN -- so clever, so unique, and really special to do with the kids. I didn't realize that there are actually three bedrooms (one literally just had a bed//sunroom style) but that meant each of my kids had their own bed AND room. And the master bed was SO COMFORTABLE - white, luxurious linens, and super soft mattress. Maybe my fave AirBnB yet. Walkable to everything. Quiet street. Lovely backyard and hot tub. Thank you, thank you.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

The backyard was just lovely, the koi pond made for a beautiful respite after long days. So beautifully decorated felt just like home.

We stayed 3 months at Anh’s home and it was a great home away from home. Location is great! Just a few minutes from Katy Asian Town and close to playgrounds, etc for my son. The house is clean and spacious, with all the amenities listed. I appreciated the sunroom with the treadmill and stationary bike. Anh is super responsive and helpful to my request and there were plenty of towels/blankets/sheets. I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Having stayed in 100's of AIRBnB's all over the world, I can highly recommend this listing to solo travelers and couples. Good value. Good location. Host was very friendly. Five stars.

The house was exactly what we needed. It had Plenty of space for 8 adults. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main attractions in Gruene/New Braunsfels. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Awesome location in the heart of Sundance Square! Walkable to great restaurants and shops, as well as to the train/bus station where you can get to DFW Airport or the Fort Worth Stockyards for just $2! Unit was clean and plenty of space for one person - would be great for a couple, or for two friends traveling together. Bedroom doesn’t have a window but common area has multiple windows and abundant natural light. Washer/dryer in unit was very helpful for a longer stay. Comfortable bed. The ventilation system is noisy as is the nightlife; bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Other tenants were friendly and helpful with regard to using the elevator and getting into the building. Overall, a good value for this area. Would stay again!

Robert’s place is our go to when we come to city centre. It’s perfect location and love the privacy. We will be back again when we come to Houston. Always clean and has all you need for a getaway, and more space than the hotel. We love staying here. Well worth the money.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks while receiving medical treatment. The location was ideal, very close to the medical centers and right across the street to a grocery store and pharmacy. Restaurants and other stores are nearby too. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The apartment complex is very nice and the apartment itself was extremely clean and well equipped. It looked just like the published pictures. Jardian and Darnell were amazing hosts who kept in touch as needed and were very accommodating and welcoming. This all made my daily trips for medical treatment easier and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

We had to book somewhere at the last minute as we got in late. Catalina responded just as soon as we booked the room. She even had someone go make sure everything was perfect and it was! Loved staying at Catalina’s place. It was easy to find, right off the Main Street, we had a trailer plus our truck and parking was perfect for us. Catalina’s place was extremely clean, large shower that we loved, bed was extremely comfortable, I’ve had major back surgery that went wrong, it’s hard to sleep on other beds due to my back. We have absolutely no complaints. We will stay here again if it’s available when we come back.

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home and the host. The home was straight out of an architectural digest magazine and the views were breathtaking. Kimberly was so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!!!

I had to book this place at the last minute and Madhan was immediately responsive even though it was 11:30 at night the night before we booked. The entire stay if I had a question or problem he responded within a few minutes. Excellent communicator. The home itself is fantastic, double living area inside so a lot of places to sit and talk and spread people out.Everything was very clean and easy to find in the house. The back yard with the pool had so much seating with tables and a grill and a fire pit which we enjoyed. Being away from the city was such a nice change of pace and we got to enjoy the quiet and the stars and breathe a little easier. I would love to come back. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a big group or a lot of family. It sleeps 16 upstairs and that doesn't include the master downstairs. Very spacious and roomy home! Small things that I loved: it had garbage bags, laundry soap and plenty of toilet paper! :)

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit. We rented the townhouse for our family members since our house did not accommodate all 21 family members that came for Christmas. Shawn’s place is in our subdivision so it worked beautifully. The group that stayed there were very happy with their accommodations.

Annette's place was great for our family staycation. Beautiful natural light in the living areas and kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a great kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. Great for indoor and outdoor living. It was great getting to visit the goats and chickens, swim, and play pool, giant Jenga, and cornhole. The living room was perfect for family movie nights. The main house has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is cramped and in a funny location attached to the living room and sound carries quite a bit, so our sound machines from home were a must with light sleepers. Overall a wonderful stay. Annette is extremely responsive and a great host!
