Very nice condo and convenient location to the slopes, restaurants and shopping. It was wonderful to park the car for the weekend and not have to drive anywhere. Covered parking was also a bonus! The unit was perfect for us as a couple and checkin/checkout instructions were very clear. Minimal checkout “todo” list which we appreciated.

This was a very nice place in Frisco, conveniently located between Breckenridge and Keystone. It is very close to the clubhouse where the pool and hot tubs are, and we enjoyed those daily. We would be glad to visit again.

This was a great place to stay for skiing at Breckenridge. It was only a 15 minute drive to the free airport lot and we enjoyed coming home each evening and relaxing in the outdoor hot tubs. Everything was very clean and the location was near downtown Frisco, which had nice restaurants to try each evening.

We had a very nice stay at Ira’s place while beating ourselves up skiing every day! No surprises at his apartment since it was well documented and photographed in the listing. Hot tub was very nice after a ski day and the big hot tub towels appreciated. Easy walk to Main St for dinner options. All in all quite comfortable for the two of us. We recommend Ira’s place!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days while we skied at Keystone which is right across the street! We were very cozy and comfortable and it was a convenient location to come back to after skiing all day. The building itself was quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and swimming in the pool. The heated garage was also super convenient. We appreciated that they provided extra pillows and there was even a box fan and sleds! We found the bed and couch to be very comfortable. It did get toasty at night but we cracked the window and turned the fan on and slept well. The view was beautiful and the balcony was nice. Would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here for our girls trip! Was super close to downtown and offered a variety of places to go in the surrounding area. We loved the hot tub on the patio it was perfect! Everything was clean and felt super homey. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

great location. very close to the lifts and shops in central village. studio is small and cozy and suited our needs perfectly.

The condo is a great ski in ski out spot AT the snowflake lift. We had easy access to any of the peaks! The space is very comfortable and perfect for 2…maybe 3 people. The bed is super comfy and there were ample pillows and blankets. And the bar off to the side in the room was a great spot to eat and enjoy the winter view. My daughter and I took advantage of the kitchenette and appreciated the “staple items” that were available. We also liked the shower and toilet being in separate spaces! We had an areas to get ready in too. The hot tub was a great way to top off a night on the slopes. The heater parking space with the condo was a nice bonus and came in handy because we had 6in of snow while we were there. We would definitely rent this condo again. We really appreciated how quickly Justin responded and that he checked in to make sure all was good.

We contacted the host late on a Sunday as we had to relocate from our original condo that we booked through Vacasa because the cleanliness was not up to our standards (Avoid Vacasa at all costs!!). Christina was very responsive and helped us get situated in this unit within an hour of contacting her. Our vacation was saved!!! We really enjoyed the Silvermill condos and the proximity to everything in the River Run village. The ski lockers were great and we felt right at home. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna after skiing all day. 100% recommended!!

We loved this place! Perfect for the 2 of us with just enough room for yoga for two (this is really important to us). Kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. Plenty of closet space and very clean. A little loud at night with the party goers but I slept very well so clearly wasn’t too much of a concern. Loved the balcony as well for morning coffee. Great location. Parking for one car that is very convenient. Ski locker in a good spot. Hosts were fabulous. Would stay here again

If you’re going to do a ski-in/ski-out spend the money and stay here. I have stayed at countless places in Breck throughout the years. This condo was the most expensive, but had the most dollar for value as well.

We had an excellent stay! Perfectly located to the quicksilver lift on peak nine. Steps to restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful after a full days of skiing. James is a great host and was so responsive and offered many suggestions for things to do in the area. Will definitely return!

Great spot with easy access to River Run gondola. Linda was easy to communicate with and offered helpful and proactive information. Would be happy to stay here again.

Julie is a fantastic host. She was kind, helpful and thoughtful. The condo was cozy, clean and very well stocked. The fireplace was perfect after a long day skiing.

Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to book a trip to Colorado. Great location, cozy living space and very accommodating. There were no tricks or surprises when we arrived. Everything was as listed and better than imagined.

Excellent property would definitely recommend it. Has everything you need and if it doesn’t Jennifer is very quick to respond to messages. Super convenient location just a 2 minute walk to the ski lift and a 10 minute walk to town. There are free town buses that stop just outside the building and a Beaver Run shuttle too. Budget for parking fees at Beaver Run (where this property is located). Their rate kind of caught me off guard. If you don’t need your vehicle during your stay and want a cheaper option check out the Breckenridge Airport Road Parking Lot and ride the free bus back to the condo.

Perfect cabin with ample space for our family. The house has comfortable beds, nice quality furniture and a luxury feel. The community amenities are lovely. Took me less than 25 mins to get to keystone for skiing. The house is surrounded by lovely aspen trees and there are nice mountain views, especially from the master bedroom. Andy was a communicative and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

Definitely recommend. :) The house is exactly as advertised and the property is very well managed. Communication was prompt, organized, and professional. The house is in a great neighborhood with a lovely hiking/biking trail right off the backyard. Just a short drive to town with lots to do. Great views in the neighborhood of the surrounding mountains. Very comfortable place to stay for a larger group. Don't hesitate!

Beautiful place! A perfect spot for our group to explore the area! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and each bedroom had a sound machine for sleeping. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

We rented Leah place for a multigenerational family trip. The house is incredible, very spacious with all the amenities. We skied and it was a quick trip to the slopes, while located far enough away that you can take in all the beautiful surroundings with peace and privacy. We would definitely stay again!

This place was great. Location amazing and very nice to have the clean hot tub after skiing all day.

We enjoyed a 2nd year at Summit in a different house this time. Our contact was easy to communicate with and responsive. There was a lot of new snow fall and the property did a good job managing the roads. We spent a lot of time on the sloops but our limited time at the house was great.

John & Kimberly were amazing hosts, responding quickly and being super helpful! Their place was also amazing, super clean and organized! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
