Staying at Matt’s place was an absolute pleasure. We found Matt to be friendly, quick to respond & very helpful with suggestions of what was worth a visit in the area. During our short stay we managed most of them & more. The accommodation was perfect for us, clean, spacious, bright, all on one level, parking at the property & peaceful. We were very grateful for the welcome supplies which were thoughtfully left for us. We have family in the area & this made the perfect base. We still have a lot to explore in Norfolk so no doubt we shall return & would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Very nice host who made sure to communicate clearly and checked in on my after arrival. Put my mind at rest about the parking situation! Great location for me, room was nice, shower was powerful (often they are not) and place warmed up nicely.

All good! Suited our needs very well. Lovely quiet location. Alison was a very responsive, flexible host, and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack. The younger ones loved the games selection!

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Carol and Philip are such lovely host, had a really good chat with Philip. The room was as described, easy breakfast things provided such as fruits, tea, coffee, cornflakes and bread for toast. I thought was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at Wendy’s cottage. The location is perfect for a country getaway and only 30 mins drive to the sea. The cottage has everything you could need, full of character, big garden and the animals really made the stay special for our 2 young children. Thanks so much for showing us around Wendy!

Second time staying here so as expected nice to see a couple of new additions like colour coordinated padded chair instead of just stools and a blackout blind on the shower room door to stop you getting woken up on light mornings. You can see the host acts on feedback and wants to improve the room for guests.

An excellent place to stay. On the smaller side but actually quite comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with microwave, toaster and fridge plus an amazing little “welcome package” of bread/jam/biscuits/tea/milk/orange juice. Small bed but very comfortable. Nice bathroom with good hot water. Very quiet location. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area!

We truly loved our stay from start to finish. Excellent hosts who are attentive, genuine and go above and beyond for their guests. The room was incredibly well equipped with everything you could think of and more! They went above and beyond in providing a wide selection of groceries and paid attention to every last detail including electric blankets and dog amenities! They were so warm and welcoming on arrival, it felt like a really special place to be. Local knowledge and recommendations were provided both via message and in binders in the room which was so useful to make the most of our time in the area. Would absolutely make a return trip and cannot recommend enough! Thank you

The snug was a great find. Spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, it provided everything we needed for a weekend away. It was easy to find, had plenty of parking outside and a was a short walk to the sea front, town, pubs and restaurants. We stayed in February, so there was an extra blanket on the bed and a portable electric heater which were appreciated. Jo's communication was swift and clear and we'd 100% recommend and stay again. Shi & Rob are amazing hosts as well as being genuine nice people. This was our 2nd time to stay at their beautiful AirBNB and great to see that the high standards are still maintained. Weather was a bit chilly despite the glorious sunshine but the central heating was always on to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you Shi & Rob

We had an amazing stay at Ali's sunset Lodge. Ali was really accommodating and instructions were clear and everything was as described. Great location, complete silence outside with views of an amazing sunset. The place itself had all the amenities needed and was super clean, with recommendations of places to visit on the shelf. All in all a 10/10 experience, would definitely come back :)

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

Thank you Kevin and Lisa for a fabulous stay. Such a clean, tidy and well thought out little haven. Although compact, there is lots of storage and thoughtfully placed shelves, hooks & cuboards etc to help keep the rooms clutter free. Very well equipped, with good kitchen facilities, maps, games, blankets etc. Super accommodating hosts, who provided extra thoughtful touches, to make our stay special. Always on hand to respond to any questions and requests, and very welcoming to both us and our 7 month old puppy. A well placed base for Cromer & Sheringham, with lots of local walks too. Additionally the Roman Camp Inn, 4 minutes drive away serve great food & have lovely kind and friendly staff. We will definitely visit again!

This place is more than worth the value and is a wonderful quiet peaceful location, with countryside views and facing the sunset all very clean and tidy was a pleasure to stay .

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the annex. The place was spotless , warm and very homely. Lucy kindly left some fresh eggs from the chickens in her garden and also some delicious home made bread. A lovely location within easy driving distance of Cambridge. A great place to stay and we hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay - it is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was lovely to have a garden to enjoy and the view was incredible of the Norfolk broads. One of the best air b and b's we have ever stayed in. Very peaceful and relaxing with very friendly hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Outside of the immaculately clean and equipped place that you offer - I need to call out the extras and the attention to detail - extra blankets, storage, the lovely snack tray, breakfast items and a stocked fridge! Absolutely wonderful and so very appreciated. You genuinley could not ask for better hosts, or people, than Mary and Graham. The main purpose of our visit was to investigate the area for potential move and Mary and Graham gave up some of their own time, one evening, to share with us their experiences along with answering all of our questions. In fact answering questions we had not even thought of or did not know we had. The accomodation was exceptional and we both commented on what great sleep we had (such a comfortable bed). The house had absolutley everything you could think of along with a welcome pack to ensure we had the basics. Walking distance to Bungay which we did on at least 3 occasions although you may need a torch (that said, Mary did provide one as well). Honestly a fantastic little bolt hole if you are looking for a base to explore the area, or a quiet break away. Could not recommended enough. Just a final thanks to Mary and Graham again who really went above and beyond. Thankyou for letting us stay in your home.

Comfortable, clean and tidy place to stay, private studio apartment with own entrance, very convenient to Cambridge, easy to park.

I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend as it was local to Cambridge centre with good transport links to and from. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a little getaway near Cambridge. The host was very welcoming whilst also letting us be to ourselves on our stay. The place was very very clean and well presented, it even had coffee, tea, extra pillows and a hair dryer to name a few. I would definitely stay again.
