My family of 5 (kids 12,9, 4) stayed at Dmitriy’s house and had a wonderful vacation! We were able to cook meals at home and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna! It was the best place to stay to go enjoy the beach and have lunch out and then bring the kids back to the house for more swimming and relaxing! Our puppy loved it too! Would stay here again for our next Gulf Breeze trip! Highly recommend!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Mrs. Cheryl was absolutely amazing, her home made us feel as if we were at home our selves, she provided everything we needed plus more. I will most definitely be coming back with my family .. thank you for everything

My husband and I are “homebody’s” however we love to go on vacations! We spends lots of time looking at places and hoping we pick the right one for us! We LOVED this place, it was sooo cozy, in a home away from home vibe! Whatever we needed that we didn’t bring they had it covered. There was a fan in the house which was awesome as we are, sleep with the fan on people. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated and dream to use!! The kitchen was big and clean, and just beautiful!! Living room and couch was comfortable, had some throw blankets that could be used! We really felt at home and didn’t want to leave to our next destination after being here! Thank you for the enjoyable stay!!

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

We loved this oasis and was perfect for our first family vacation! The heated pool was great for days we wanted to stay close, and all the amenities in the backyard were great for a variety of entertainment options. Located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximation to local favorite eateries and the airport made for ease through arrival and departure. We traveled with our 6 month old and having the pack and play and high chair available made packing much more manageable on our first trip. Will definitely be sharing this place with our friends and family and look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at Lysa’s. There was plenty of space for all ten of us! We loved cooking in the huge kitchen and hanging out in the dining/living room. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and was super clean! The only thing missing was that there weren’t any tv’s in the bedrooms. Not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have. Definitely would stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

Beautiful condo, clean and perfect location. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooks the bay watching the sunset and all of the boats coming in every evening. The pools were relaxing and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Easy Instructions for check in and check out, very responsive to questions. We will definitely be coming back again!

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed this place. Pros: Private patio Easy beach access Laundry in the unit Full kitchen Cons: No restaurants or bars are really within walking distance Master bathroom area is a little tight and lacks vanity area due to a huge sink Cleaning fee was a bit steep Overall our stay was great. Will definitely come back. We extended our stay by an extra day which was a fairly smooth process.

Beautiful condo! We loved how close it was to Florabama. Great place to stay for sure! Balcony was amazing.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

The place was great! Right on the water and easy on and off the beach. Just as described.

Great location, beautiful area! Cathy is a thoughtful host providing family games, beach toys, and many other things to enhance the experience.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.
