A perfect stay in a perfect location. The host was great and organised a water taxi for us at cost, which made the journey so easy. Everything was perfect inside, and space to easily enjoy the 3 days in Venice. Comfy bed and couch. Even 2 chairs to sit and watch gondalas go by out the window. The location was a short walk to both the busy tourist streets, the local walkways and also restaurants. Try the local pasta in a box place right near the corner - both yum and great value.

Marina was delightful. Left us with a wonderful chilled Prosecco and wine glasses when we were finished checking in. She was very flexible and met us on a flexible schedule when we checked in. Balconies are over a canal and the walkways. A great breakfast patisserie is right next door and it's very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. a great location and lovely host.

We stayed in Olivier's beautiful flat for the best part of a week. It's even more stylish in the flesh than it appears in the photos. I'm an architect and I spent the first hour or so admiring the design and the classic furniture selection. Olivier organised for it to be made up as a three bed unit utilising the clever sliding partition to create the third bedroom. This worked really well and didn't really detract from the feeling of space in the main living room. The location is superb, overlooking the canal on one side and the main entrance to the Arsenale on the other. It's very close to cafes and restaurants on the lively Via Garibaldi. It's also pleasantly quiet in this area. Walk north along the outer wall of the Arsenale and you can be on your own amongst the narrow streets and canals. Oliver is an attentive host and offered plenty of advice about where to eat etc. All in all it was probably my best ever air bnb experience and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Olivier!

We liked everything about the visit. We followed the hosts instructions and used Google maps with the coordinates they sent -instead of the street address. Once inside the courtyard the host met us and directed us to unit. Beds were very comfortable. One was a sofabed. But it was made up with a regular mattress. Nothing like a regular sofa bed! Bedding was luxurious with duvets and nice pillows. Decorating was very nice, interesting colorful prints. The location is incredible. Water views, situated in a lovely park, steps from restaurants, grocery, EVERYTHING you need is right there. Close to several water bus lines St Marks maybe 15 mins. Once you fight the crowds which ate intense you will be very happy to come “home”!

The views were unreal. Plenty of space for our family of four and in a very convenient location. Walked everywhere!! Very clean and excellent communication with the host. You must stay here!!!

An oasis in the heart of a busy Venice. We stayed here for a week for Carnival. Check in was smooth & friendly. The home is exactly as lovely as the photos look. It felt like walking into a designer space yet holds the charm of old Venice. The bed was comfortable & the space was relaxing. My wife and I traveled with our baby and found the back room was quiet & peaceful for him to sleep. I would quickly recommend this location to a couple looking for a romantic apartment on holiday, a family, or friends that need two rooms. The host & the local rep were both kind and easy to communicate with.

I just can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly Chiara, who arranged for a water taxi to pick us up and drive us to the apartment. Venice can be very confusing especially for first time visitors so we really appreciated that gesture. The location was close to a grocery store, many restaurants and beloved leather purse shops. There’s a really fun bar close by as well. Just go over the first bridge and it’s on the right hand side. Capacity 10 people and if you’re lucky, they’ll take your picture and put it on the wall. We really enjoyed our stay and so did my twin 18 year old boys. Thank you again for opening your home and making sure we had everything we needed.

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone e gli spazi sono risultati ideali, comodi e conformi alla descrizione e alle foto. Fabian ed Emira, sono stati entrambi molto reattivi nelle comunicazioni e ci hanno prontamente aiutato con le problematiche che abbiamo avuto. La posizione della casa è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere entro le mezz’ora di macchina sia la città di Limone che quella di Saló.

We loved staying at Casa dei Merli. Mateo looked after us so well and check in and out was a breeze. Unbeatable location. Would be back in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay in Paolos nice apartment, with perfect location and view of the lago, will definitely come back!

House was great. Very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the canal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Venice!

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung liegt zentral nur ca. 5-10 Minuten von der Rialtobrücke entfernt aber dennoch ist der Stadtteil San Polo eher ruhig. Man muss einige Treppen zur Wohnung in Kauf nehmen, für uns aber kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Jedes der 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad! Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war super einfach!

We had a great time at Diana s place. we originally booked a different apartment but due to some building works she proposed another of her property.. We agreed for a swap and wasn't disappointed. She personally helped us check in and gave a quick tour of all the amenities.. The place wasnt big but sufficient for our need.. The town it self was really good and loads of good restaurants with some amazing views..I strongly recommend the place... She has designed the place quite artistically..

The house is in a good location and fitted well a family with one infant.

Aldo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His apartment was in a perfect location to walk to Desenzano and to travel around Lago di Garda. The view from the balcony was perfect while having our morning cafe!!!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Lovely place to stay in the heart of Venice. Great location - could walk everywhere and near to restaurants, shops and major sights. The apartment was also very peaceful being on a quieter street. Easy short walk from nearby San Samuele vaporetto stop - we were met by our host who was responsive and helpful regarding any queries we had. We were also able to check in slightly early and leave our bags for a few hours after check out which was a big help. Thanks very much, I’d highly recommend Enrico’s place and would happily stay there again.

Paolo was very helpful and flexible when we were delayed in arriving. The apartment was a nice place to stay in Winter - so I imagine even better in summer! And the kitchen was well equipped for most self-catering needs. Thanks!
