Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Drake was a great host! We stayed after a cruise and he was very flexible and accommodating. Our family loved getting out on the bikes and relaxing by the pool!

The stay was fine. House was fine. Met up with Randy because of some problem with the house keeper that somehow was living in the most tiny wooden shed in the backyard? Anyway, Randy pointed out a few things he’s fixing in the house. The biggest thing was how Randy speaks to you in person and over text but it’s not worth getting into an argument for. He couldn’t give a direct answer on what times he would or wouldn’t be on site doing yard work or repairs. It eventually turned to he didn’t show up at all which was preferred but was not communicated at all. I asked all communication to be re-communicated over the Airbnb chat so we both had record and he refused. Anyways house is fine for the price.

This was our 2nd time staying at Erin's place. It was like coming home, it allowed us to move right in and be very comfortable with the house and neighborhood.

I value security, comfort and cleanliness above all. This house provided all of this. I highly recommend

We loved this home and all it had to offer we had kids and adults on this trip. We were so pleased that everything we needed was there including toys for the kids, pool toys and lifejackets. It was very spacious with all of us it didn’t seem like we were on top of each other! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking! Amber was very helpful and very responsive to any questions I had!!!

Another incredible stay at Joe and Mynioun’s place! This was our second time staying here, and it just keeps getting better. It truly feels like a home away from home…so cozy, peaceful, and welcoming. The space is always spotless, well stocked, and super comfortable. We love how quiet the neighborhood is, yet it’s still so close to everything….shops, restaurants, and all the local spots we love. Joe and Mynioun are wonderful hosts… so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. You can really feel the care they put into making their guests feel welcome. We’ve officially made this our go to vacation home whenever we’re in town. Can’t wait to come back again!

The beds were incredibly comfy, ideal for our group of three. Hanging out at the dock was loads of fun, and the beach was just a quick three-minute walk away. It felt like having a private beach to ourselves, with hardly anyone around.

Sherman and Marlene are two of the most kind and hospitable people which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant stay at their perfect spot by the ocean. These two have become more to us then hosts,they have become special friends. Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you get to experience the perfect vacation. The sights and sounds we experience are wonderful,the walks on the beach, the natural beauty, experiencing the gorgeous sunrises is breathtaking ,along with coffee and Marlene's coffee cake sure tops it off. Again thank you so much for all you did for us in 2025,we already anticipate our next vacation with you.

What a great find. It was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk easily to cocoa village and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Very short distances to the beach and anything else we may have needed. We really enjoyed seeing all the local cats on our walk to and from the village and even got to see a peacock napping nextdoor. Thank you for being an amazing host and making our stay memorable.

Quick trip to Cocoa beach… and a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place. It is equipped with everything you need for a nice trip.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Gemma's condo was very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. it was 2 blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

Great location and close to everything. Other people in the building would smoke outside so it would travel into the apartment but everyone was extremely friendly and we felt very safe! It was clean and perfect for our short stay. I think being so close to the water made it humid inside but for a weekend getaway it was not bad!

We had a great time staying here. Enjoyed being right on the beach and watching the sunrise. Had everything we needed, very easy to get in & out. The booklet had clear and helpful instructions and lots of recommendations for places to eat, I found that helpful. The area was peaceful and everyone in the building was very nice and friendly.

We made a quick trip for a wedding. Andrea accomodated our needs perfectly with her friendly communication, local suggestions, and easy access to the beach during free time! We loved our time there and would highly recommend you consider visiting! Easy to locate, park, and check in and out. :)

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach in Suzy’s condo! Suzy is so kind and responsive. I highly recommend. The condo is super clean and the location is great!

The host was proactive. The place has direct beach access , steps away from the back porch. The rooms have beach view and loved the ocean view every morning. The pool was great. Place is nice and clean and quiet. We had an amazing family visit and would love to go back.
