We're so enjoyed our stay with Barry! He's a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! The cottage was cozy and immaculate and the bed was really comfortable! If you are a plant person then you will love this place!!..He has the yard so beautifully landscaped... pure zen.. sitting on the screened porch was so relaxing after the pool and hot tub. Really great places to eat and drink within a mile of the cottage. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Not too much to say. The place was as described and I was only there for 3 nights. No problems.

Adorable coastal themed cottage in an idyllic location. Old Florida at its best. The cottage had everything we needed and the property owner made us feel right at home. Excellent communication from my initial inquiry to final checkout. I will definitely return to Carmen cottage.

This place is in such a great location. Walking distance to most of the Cocoa Beach Attractions, including the Pier. Stayed in the Duplex, it was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. Christie was wonderful to work with, and the cottage was perfect, peaceful, private and exactly what we were hoping for. The beach was a five minute walk to the water, downtown nearby and several nice coffee shops shops and restaurants close. Highly recommend.

Wife and I had a 4 night stay in the area and found Ron’s place. We are so glad we did! Great communication and the location was very easy to find. With the way the house is situated, it felt very private. Excellent decorations and usage of space, it could easily accommodate a long stay with the washer/dryer, full size fridge, and hotplate with toaster oven and microwave set up. They even offered beach chairs and towels! Since it is located directly off the road, you do hear some road noise, but nothing disrupting. We enjoyed Rearview Coffee, Dixie Crossroads, and downtown Titusville while we were in the area. About 20 min out from Merritt Island Preserve. Would definitely stay again if we ever come to the area!

This place is nice..cozy and cute little place for a fun getaway! Guaranteed is way cleaner than any overpriced hotel room..and with everything you'd need to feel at home🥰

It was amazing! We loved our stay in this pretty spacious tiny house. It was so cozy and clean. There is nothing negative to mention. Communication with Colleen was very friendly and she responded quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Andrew’s bnb was super clean & everything was exactly as mentioned! he was super responsive, the pool was the best part we had such a good time, 10/10 recommend staying here!

What a gem! I have stayed at plenty of Airbnbs but this one will always stand out. The ranch is so peaceful, quiet, and the animals are clearly so loved. The cabin was spotless, private, and felt like home. My 6year old absolutely loved the pony experience and learned so much. Don’t hesitate and book it! Kristal and Jeff are wonderful hosts and animal lovers. Thank you for having us!

What a treasure rustic beautifully basic and you swim in peace with birds singing ocean breeze and magnificent rockets to turn it up a notch T-Minus blast off!! Unmatched simplicity and beauty. What a dream!!

A relaxing, safe refuge made possible by a most hospitable hosts. We can’t Thank Barry and his son Jayden enough for looking after us in their lovely bungalow. They hit the balance perfectly, as whilst being friendly, helpful and engaging to any needs, they afforded us our space & privacy at all times. They went above & beyond in providing a beautiful property with all amenities along with any local advice if you require it.
