It is a beautiful house in the archipelago to enjoy family and create lasting memories. We were able to bring our sailboat and 16ft motorboat, use the dock, sauna, hang on the porch, use the charcoal grill, swim in the pool and off the dock, take our power boat to nearby towns, stores, and restaurants. We walked the island numerous days during our visit and enjoyed the scenery. Extraordinary place.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus etwa eine Dreiviertelstunde von Stockholm entfernt, war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage inmitten der Natur, umgeben von Felsen und Kiefern, und die Nähe zur Meeresküste machen es zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort. Besonders die Sauna war ein Highlight und hat für absolute Entspannung gesorgt. Susanna war als Gastgeberin einfach perfekt. Wer Ruhe, Natur und Komfort sucht, wird hier fündig. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Absolutely amazing place with welcoming and relaxed hosts! We were here for a writing retreat, for which the place was wonderful, but I could definitely see myself spending a week or two during the holidays. Go there, stay there!

We had a fantastic time there. The location on the water is absolutely great. We got into town either by bike or by public transport. Communication with Börje was always very good. We can only recommend the accommodation.

We stayed for just a few nights and it was absolutely beautiful. Truly felt like going from home to home. We were given so much local information and advice about public transport, things to do, where to go; it was so so helpful and made the stay an absolute dream! Unsere Zeit in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit des Hauses waren herausragend, und die liebevoll gestalteten Details der Einrichtung haben uns immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Jeder Raum war mit so viel Geschmack und Sinn für das Besondere eingerichtet, dass es ein harmonisches und einladendes Gesamtbild ergab – fast wie ein zweites Zuhause. Besonders die Sauna und der Kamin haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet und für unvergessliche Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Schneefall an Silvester, der die ohnehin schon malerische Umgebung in ein wahres Winterwunderland verwandelte. Diese Kombination aus traumhafter Landschaft und außergewöhnlicher Unterkunft hat unseren Schweden-Urlaub genauso werden lassen, wie wir ihn uns erträumt hatten. We had an amazing stay in Stockholm, in large part because of where we stayed. Magnus is a 5-star host—his place is gorgeous, very well appointed and he gave us so many great local tips and recommendations. We cooked every night which was a treat because we spent our days exploring the city, so it was a welcome retreat to hang out in the beautiful flat. Magnus was very responsive. We hope to be back someday to explore more of this lovely part of the world.

Måske det bedste sted vi har været med Airbnb- så dejligt et sted, stort, rummeligt, hyggeligt, smukt indrettet. Alt hvad man har brug for, og mere til. Velkomsten var helt fænomenal, Lena var så hjælpsom, og vi følte os meget velkomne. Både perfekt beliggenhed og skønt sted bare at være og slappe af. Rolig og centralt kvarter. Lena og hendes skønne lejlighed har vores allerstørste anbefalinger., og vi håber at komme igen en anden gang.

Trevligt och hjälpsamt bemötande! Eftersom vi kom när det var mörkt var det lite lurigt att hitta eftersom det kändes som att man körde fel när man körde in på den långa uppfarten men dagtid så var allt glasklart! Jättefint boende! Vi var fyra vuxna som inte kände varandra så väl och det fanns gott om plats. Sköna rejäla dubbelsängar i två av rummen. Extrasängen bakom draperi/alkov i vardagsrummet funkade 👍

Trevlig lägenhet som var ren och fräsch på en bra position. Julius har varit mycket bra värd med klara instruktioner. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful - well cared for and wonderfully designed - and the panoramic view of the archipelago is amazing. We spent a few days just swimming from the private jetty and enjoying the view but the location is also a short drive to Nacka Strand, so we took the commuter ferry to visit Stockholm too. Chicki also particularly recommended the Artipelag gallery near Gustavsberg, so we had a lovely day there too, enjoying their sculpture trail through the forest by the sea. I would very much recommend this lovely Airbnb, its location and the helpful hosts.

We had a great stay at Kalle & Josefine's home. We were there on holidays for the new year and to visit stockholm. The house is well equiped and comfortable. The sauna is really very appreciated. We are very close to a train station, so it is very easy to get to stockholm.

Mikael’s place was amazing! It was exactly as listed and it was very clean. The place was fully equipped and Mikael is very responsive. Being next to the lake was very nice and it was fairly easy to catch the commuter train into Stockholm Central.

Nice get-away location. We were a group of 14 friends and this house offered enough beds, private location, close to nature, close to the ocean with a modern twist. Host very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. Recommend!

Ik wil het eigenlijk geheim houden maar deze bijzondere plek vraagt om een recensie helaas. Op een mooie tocht vanaf Stockholm kom je na 2 uur (en even zwaaien naar Lars en Karin) in een comfortabel huis met veel ruimte en de oorverdovende stilte van een stukje oerbos. De elanden en zeehonden laten zich soms zien en het zou een grandioze plek zijn om een eerste boek te schrijven of een film te monteren. We hadden nu prachtige sneeuw maar kunnen niet wachten om er op lange zomeravonden naar het lage licht te kijken. Als je één goed restaurant of één geweldige koffieplek zou openen op Yxlan (en als de gemeenschap akkoord zou gaan..) dan zou je daar veel succes hebben
