I wanted a true Texas experience surrounded by farm animals and nature and I got exactly what I wanted. This was the perfect home base to come back to after a long day in Big bend. Ronda was such a great host. I mean how many Airbnb guests can say their host defended them from a rattlesnake? Truly 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous views, lovely toilets and shower and close to the National and State parks just above the Terilingua Ghost town. A Great option for camping. Marc was a great help sorting out which of his spots was best for our mix of a car and 2 solo tents.

Thank you so much! It was a lovely Airstream, amazing location, walking distance to restaurant and town bar. Amenities were more than sufficient, everything was perfect to make us feel comfortable and good night's sleep to hit the trails early in the morning.

This place was great! Close to big bend( about 10min away) and exactly as described. We stayed for a few nights and great amenities surrounding our spot. Showers were a wonderful welcome after long days hiking and bathrooms were kept very clean. A short walk to venga cafe with breakfast and coffee.

We loved our stay! It was a great vacation.

My husband and I had an amazing relaxing time at Wally’s place. The location is perfect if you want to be away from the noise and be able to watch the stars at night. Will definitely be back. Thank You 😊

Great, cozy place to stay near Big Bend!!

Such a beautiful stay just 10 minutes outside of Big Bend National Park. The campground itself was very vintage and unique and even had some hammocks to unwind in after a long day of hiking. Overall, Evin was a great host, responding to us late at night when we arrived with questions, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place for price! We enjoyed the surrounding Mountain View. Ronda was sooo kind and helpful with everything we need. Our only downfall was the private shower house and cracked water tank for the RV but hey, it’s the dessert! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thankful for the stay. Highly recommend.

Don’t hesitate to book! No detail was missed. The personal touches, from organic tea to the lovely scented shampoo, were truly appreciated. The view out the window in the morning was priceless. The bed was so comfortable and the space was private. We are sad to leave this retreat and rerun to our busy lives. I would recommend this stay a hundred times over.

Our stay at Esteban’s place in Terlingua was wonderful! He was very responsive, accurately described the place and was very helpful in providing tips for the area. The camper was clean and comfortable and the outdoor space was amazing. But the real star was the location and surrounding views. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and unbelievable night sky viewing. We HIGHLY recommend this spot if visiting Big Bend National Park. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time! Thank you, Esteban!

This location made for an easy drive to Big Bend National Park each morning and was literally minutes from the restaurants and sight seeing we wanted to visit in the Ghost Town. Colin was very accommodating and responded to all of our needs. He was proactive in giving us recommendations and informing us about the lunar eclipse/blood moon we got to experience during our stay. The surrounding views of the mountains never got old. The gorgeous courtyard, outdoor kitchen, patio, and outdoor shower were all added bonuses to our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! It was cold but the trailer kept us warm and was very comfortable. Beautiful location and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as promised. Outdoor kitchen was a great feature—avoided heating up the living space. We fixed all our meals here. Outdoor bathroom was great and well constructed, including a bidet that made it easy to refrain from flushing toilet paper. Hot water lasts longer inside the trailer than in the adobe shower. We will stay here on any return.

Wow. Let me just say I’ve stayed at Airbnbs before but this experience really took the cake. Not only was Brent super responsive but their description of the place paled in comparison to the views. I wanted a solo weekend getaway for my birthday and that was exactly what I got. Really pay attention to their directions in the briefing as it helped me immensely getting there. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND downloading an offline map as my gps helped somewhat but still had to follow their written directions to get there. They spent a lot of time making it easy. This is definitely off grid and I loved all of it. The place is clean, comfortable, and accommodating. If you’re thinking about staying somewhere where you want to be away from people and still have the comforts of home, look no further. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when I want to get away.

We really enjoyed our stay! The camper had everything you need, and lots of pretty views of the sunsets. A bit tough to find the first night since we arrived after dark, but Jonathan/Chris was really helpful & made sure we found it!
