Great place to stay while skiing at Brian Head with the kids. Comfy and matched all descriptions. Very pleased!

Kingsbury Manor was amazing! It’s like staying at Hogwarts if Hogwarts was the Four Seasons. Two HP fan families with 8 and 14 y/o children stayed together here and we still didn’t use all the rooms! Everyone loved it—the homage to HP was tastefully done and fun to explore and discover. House was so nicely done that would enjoy even if you didn’t like HP though. So many fun touches for kids and adults—outdoor trampoline, fire pit, indoor cargo net, rock climbing wall, basketball court, amazing kitchen, shuffle board, foosball, and indoor movie theater…one of my favorite spots was the astronomy tower with beautiful views of snow covered mountains and where you can catch sunrise and sunset! Kids absolutely loved the slide. We visited from Maryland and all of us want to come back! Thank you Craig for creating and sharing such a fun place to stay!

We were actually really sad to leave! We love this house so much. Felt like a home away from home. The playground and backyard was absolutely amazing and my 3 year old had the best time! One thing to note: The master bedroom has locks on the closet which is inconvenient not to have anywhere to put anything. (hosts did offer to come and move everything out and unlock closet) I noticed all the bedrooms this was the common issue of what the house was lacking was dressers! The master also doesn’t have nightstands! We decided to stay down in the basement and it worked for us. It didn’t really bother us because we love Jesus and are believers but one I thing I didn’t expect was all the Jesus pictures hanging in almost every room, just a small thing to note incase it’s not your cup of tea! Overall the house was so clean and so nice and we loved our stay! I personally think the price is high but it’s a huge house that would work for a huge family. If we could afford to stay again

I'm going to start by saying this was an amazing family trip, and a wonderful place to say. I will share that there were a few things that went wrong upon arrival. The two main issues were one the heaters being clogged with dust and not working, and two one of the blinds being broken which partially obstructed the view. That being said, I'm sharing this because despite us staying over Christmas/New Years, our host was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. One of our worst AirBNB nightmares is checking into a place, having issues, and then not being able to get a hold of anyone. This was not that at all. Our host was always responsive, and even came out to help us despite it being the holidays. That meant more than anything, and it's why despite a few things going wrong, we'd gladly come back again. It's an amazing property, and we felt like we were in great hands with our host. 100% recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and amenities. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the cleanliness of the place. The host was great at communicating, always quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay as a family! The space was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The large glass door offered a beautiful view of the winter landscape. We brought our two dogs, and it was a perfect setup for them as well. The only downside was the unreliable internet during our visit, so I’d recommend bringing a mobile Starlink if you have one.

Cathy's place was everything my fiancée' and I needed for a peaceful getaway. The house is so adorable, clean, well maintained, and had everything we need for our stay. The mattress on the master bed was extremely comfortable. Views of the mountain and surrounding areas was beautiful. We hope to come back sometime this spring or summer to enjoy the home again. The host was great at communicating, the place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, and very clean. Would recommend to stay here, especially if you’re heading down to Zion.

This was an amazing experience. The condo had incredible amenities and was located right next to the lifts. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful during the entirety of our stay. I would definitely come back here in the future.

This little condo is perfectly located, minutes from the slopes. It was to easy to find, easy to park and easy to get everywhere. Dennis and Scott were extremely responsive and reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated that everything was super clean and it was easy to cook our own meals as the kitchen had all the utensils. Given we were there over the winter holidays, the building was pretty packed so the pool and hot tub were very full and we could easily hear the folks stampeding above us ( bring ear plugs!) but that’s to be expected with the timing of the trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This was our second trip to Brian Head. We will definitely stay at Giant Steps property #8 again. It was clean, modern and well appointed. Great experience. It is ski in ski out if you are a halfway decent skier (not ski in ski out for small kids). We had a really great time. Added bonus to have our vehicle in covered parking with 6” snow on day 1 and 10” on day 3.

Richard was a very nice host. He communicated well and had clear instructions. House was as very clean and everything brand new. It’s a Barndominium style home so you have to go up about 15 stairs to the living place, but it’s beautiful. Plenty of room and open style space. Would recommend it to anybody. My two kids and I just went to Brianhead Ski Resort which is only about 35 mins away. There is plenty to do In Ceder City as well however. Highly recommended to stay here and have a chat with Richard! Cheers!

Cozy and beautiful home away from home. This place was beautiful and comfortable and nearby for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. The animals around are a huge plus and were so cute! Easy to find and the neighborhood is cute and the views are amazing. Just be prepared that this is off the beaten path so you should get groceries or dinner before arriving here. ☺️ Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Super cozy, and clean. Shuttle comes right to the lodge. Betty was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Will definitely be booking this place again!

The Honey Hive was perfect for us! It's quaint, comfortable, and so well-loved (complete with 50s and honey bee-themed decor). The owners left cookies, fresh eggs, and other goodies for us and were very responsive to any questions we had. The price is amazing, especially given how popular Cedar City is as a destination. Absolutely wonderful stay! Immaculately clean, spacious, and well appointed. The hosts are wonderful. We travel alot, and Kristin and Nathan have my highest, unequivocal recommendation.

My family and I loved our stay here. Paulina was absolutely nice and her quick responses were very helpful. The cabin was clean cute and cozy, perfect for a family of 4. The route there is a bit tricky but once you arrive it’s so peaceful and private.

Loved everything about the cabin, super cozy and had a good family time, would for sure rent again.

Our family wanted to visit Zions and Bryce National Parks for spring break, and this was a convenient spot for both. House was beautiful and spacious, very well set up for families or large groups. It was fairly cold during our visit, so we didn't get to spend much time outside but we enjoyed the space for games and cooking. The neighborhood and property are quiet and inviting. Check out was simple and easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet getaway in the country. Be sure to take tire chains if you are there in the winter months.

Five stars all around! We loved our stay at tbus special little cabin for the few days after Christmas. While we did have quite a harrowing time reaching the cabin in the snow, we madd it and loved ever second there. It was such a quaint, magical little winter getaway. Our 14 month old son got to experience snow for the first time! Regarding our slightly harrowing journey in: our car does not have 4wd, but we had bought chains thinking that would give us the traction we needed on snowy roads. And while that absolutely SHOULD have worked, apparently we have exceptionally terrible 2wd AND bought bad chains without knowing it. One chain broke and we got stuck about 5 minutes from the cabin for over and hour while the sun was setting. We had to knock on the door of a nearby cabin for help! So just a word to the wise if you plan to go when there is snow. You either MUST have 4wd or be very confident in your 2wd AND your chains!

Charming cabin in a great location. The cabin was well stocked and very comfortable and homey. Our family loved lounging about, playing board games, and taking in the beautiful scenery. Was a great location to access Bryce Canyon National Park, and local hikes. Great dog location too! perfect place for walks. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return! Thank you!
