Great place. Had freshly painted and redid the flooring. When we had an issue they took care of it right away

We had a great stay. It was very convenient for skiing at Brian Head. The cabin has lots of good amenities and our host was great.

Lynne's place is really nice. I'd actually go as far to say that the picture of the living room does not do it justice. It is more spacious than the picture indicates. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen with small details such as zip lock bags to make the stay so much easier. I did read from previous comments that the downstairs bedroom was colder than the rest of the condo. This didn't come as a surprise but something worth keeping in mind for those that are very sensitive to this. Having the garage was great because we had some very snowy days.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain retreat from March 3rd to 7th for our ski trip. The property was exactly as described, and the apportionment was excellent – everything we needed was readily available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights of our experience was the outstanding communication with the host. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring all our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. This level of communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect for our ski adventure, and the property itself provided a cozy and welcoming atmosphere after a long day on the slopes. We experienced no issues during our stay, which is always a plus. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a well-equipped and well-managed mountain getaway. The townhome was perfect for our group of two families and had ample space and all the amenities that we needed for a worry-free stay. Proximity to the lift was great and it was an easy walk to Chairs #1 and #8. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

We found this Airbnb at the last minute for a job we had down in Cedar City. From the very beginning Dale was very communicative and gave us personalized, detailed directions for check in. Everything was very clean, and amenities were great. Dale was so friendly and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again - 5 stars.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying here while we were skiing at Bryan Head! The town home is extremely well kept, easy to access, and had everything we needed as far as restaurants and things. We were able to drive to Zion one day as well!

Very comfortable brand new place. Had everything we needed for a base camp to go skiing in Brianhead. Had ample space for my wife and I and our three kids. the kitchen had everything we needed, and access to the garage made loading and unloading ski equipment super easy. there was plenty of bedding, pillows, etc. The place was immaculately clean.

Great place to stay to go Skiing at Brianhead. Lots of beds and space for people to spread out. It was a great place, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place, very responsive management company. The place is in a great location next to the lifts and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. While this does not take anything away from the place, it would be nice to add a couple of working desks in the bedrooms since several travelers are working a little bit when they travel.

We loved our stay in Brianhead! This place was just as described and great for our group. The kids loved the upstairs foosball and game room. We were very comfortable and happy! Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location within walking distance to Giant Steps ski lifts. The house was clean and fully stocked. The hot tub and sauna was a pleasure to have after a day on the slopes. We take an annual trip to Brian Head and would definitely stay here again!

Dave's house was an amazing getaway! Perfect for our large family with kids. The location was great. We walked across the street to ski at Navajo lift. Having a private hot tub after a day at the slopes felt great! The kids were able go sledding in the backyard with the available sleds. We had traveled with 2 other families and each floor having a separate living area benefited us greatly. The house is fully stocked with all essentials. It was very clean/comfortable and modern. There are smart TVs in every room. I would consider staying here again if we visit Brian Head in the future.

Outstanding ! This place made me feel I was in a Boutique Hotel !! The place was very clean and tidy, very quiet place and very well located . The accommodations were perfect for us with every amenity we needed. The host was polite friendly and responsive with helpful and clear instructions. Loved the attention to detail with the labels on the light switches and framed signs on the counters throughout the house. Definitely recommended !
