Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

We decided in our 5 week holiday to 10 different towns and cities this was our favorite. W hope this house is available next time.

Ramona ist eine gute und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir haben uns in ihrer speziellen «Casa Madonnina» wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Bett. Hat alles, was man braucht. Kleine Details machen das Häuschen besonders. Sehr zu empfehlen! Marco ist sehr zuvorkommend und stand bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Gerne wieder!

Une maison et un jardin parfaits pour qui recherche le calme dans un environnement magnifique. Très bien équipée, cette maison de famille est toutefois assez rustique et convient particulièrement pour la belle saison. Jardin spacieux, complètement privatif avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le hameau de Frasco. Spots de baignade loin des lieux hyper fréquentés accessibles à pied + départ de jolies randonnées faciles (Sonogno à 30min le long de la rivière et dans la forêt).

Nous nous sommes directement sentis bien, les vues des deux terrasses sont époustouflantes, l’intérieur est très bien rénové tout en gardant des touchés authentiques, nous avons adoré cet endroit !

Milena war eine grossartige Gastgeberin – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, die Umgebung wunderschön mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Ascona und Locarno sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war die Flexibilität beim Check-out. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Für eine grössere Gruppe ist die Wohnung toll, weil zwei Badezimmer und ein grosses Wohnzimmer vorhanden sind. Die Bushaltestelle, der Coop und das Parkhaus sind nur ein paar Fussminuten entfernt. Auch eine Bäckerei befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Küche ist weniger grosszügig aber gut ausgestattet mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler.

I had an amazing stay at Daniele’s! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the cities and mountains around. The space was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Stefano war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Host. Die Wohnung ist gross und schön, super zentral gelegen. Die Parkmöglichkeit war etwas umständlich aber dennoch praktikabel. Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung rein und auch länger bleiben beim check-out, was super war. Er hat alle Kinderutensilien bereit gestellt. Gerne wieder

The location was beautiful and quiet. Amazing view of Lake Como and small quaint town with a 15 min walk from train station. Host was very helpful showing us the apartment. In addition, they arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the train station and had excellent suggestions for restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful host. Check-in/check-out was really fast and easy. Apartment was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Everything was close by so location is perfect, quiet and in a dead end street. 10 out of 10 points.

De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado, la casa es más hermosa de lo que pareces es extraordinaria, las vistas son inolvidables, tienes que visitar este lugar, pasarás días increíbles. La casa es sumamente cómoda, muy amplia, la. O una es maravillosa, los baños son grandes y cómodos. La limpieza estaba muy estupenda. We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. We would recommend this stay to any big groups looking at a trip to Lake Como. Thank you Andrea.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, Postauto direkt vor der Haustüre. (So kann man das Auto stehen lassen.) Grosses Haus, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Mit Skorpionen muss man rechnen:-) sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich. Mike war super freundlich, meldet sich sofort zurück. Absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

You won't get many better places in the world to wake up and open your doors to. It's spectacular. The lake appears quieter on this side. when put paddle boarding felt like you had the lake to yourself at times. Bellagio was in easy reach by car with lots of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of decent supermarkets. The public area by the water was used at the weekend but it didn't stop us doing anything.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment, we really enjoyed the private terrace and outdoor seating areas. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of the village or for taking ferries around the lake, and with a car was ideal for driving up into the hills. We particularly appreciated the more traditional decor which added to the character of the house and made our stay feel authentic. Thank you so much Roxana and family, we hope to visit again.

⭐ 5 Stars – Breathtaking Lake Como Escape! ⭐ Just wow! The views of Lake Como from Villa Silver are unforgettable and truly breathtaking. This villa felt like a private mansion, with a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. The space is beautifully designed, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant decor, and stunning panoramic views from every angle. The outdoor area is a dream—a gorgeous flat garden, a luxurious swimming pool, and plenty of space to relax and dine al fresco. The living areas are grand, with large windows letting in natural light and offering incredible lake views. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with the master suite opening onto a private terrace overlooking the lake—waking up to that view was unreal! The staff was also helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in.

Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The Airbnb is one of the best stocked we've stayed in, and the furniture is thoughtfully chosen and beautiful. The location isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues (fortunately not our case), but it’s just a 10-minute walk to great ice cream. Menaggio is a great spot for exploring Varenna and Bellagio.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Lake Como. The apartment is located in a beautiful old Italian villa with private gardens with a secure gate. We loved walking down to the town of Bellagio while enjoying the jaw-dropping beauty of the surrounding landscape. When we arrived we were greeted by Elena who couldn’t have been more welcoming and lovely. She made sure to check in throughout our trip to give us tips and recommendations and it was greatly appreciated. Giulio also sent us amazing recommendations before we arrived and made sure we had a hospitable welcome. We highly recommend Giulio’s apartment and can’t wait to come back for another stay!
