Sehr angenehmer Kontakt sowie schnelle Antwort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir super entspannen und die Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Barbara, per cause di forza maggiore non (ancora) incontrata di persona, è stata molto cordiale, premurosa e precisa nella preparazione e organizzazione del soggiorno e nella condivisione di tutte le informazioni necessarie e utili. La casina è molto accogliente e deliziosa in tutti i suoi spazi, in un contesto suggestivo e comodo per apprezzare la città di Milano in un‘atmosfera familiare. Esperienza piacevole e interessante, consigliata senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie dell’ospitalità!

Wir haben zu Dritt Urlaub mit Hund in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung gemacht und finden wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Wohnung hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und liegt von morgens bis abends im Sonnenschein. Ein gemütlicher Ort mit Seele. Einfach traumhaft schön. Elisabetta & Mattia waren super Hosts, mit klasse Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns super erholt und hatten über Silvester Frühlingsgefühle dank der tollen Lage & Sonne pur. Klare Empfehlung!

Fun, fabulous and friendly. We loved our stay at Mauro’s place. It is in a great location for exploring Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and were even able to park our Motorhome. Mauro’s artwork was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit 3 Kleinkinder. Da alle Kinder noch im Elternbett schliefen ging das bei uns gut auf. Es gibt aber auch 2 Babybetten. Die Gegend und vor allem die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend! Die Treppen zum Haus muss man einfach berücksichtigen sind aber gut machbar. Was uns den Aufenthalt besonders vereinfacht hat ist, dass es für die Kinder ein Paradis ist!!!! Es hat tolle Spielsachen im Spielzimmer. Eine schöne Wiese mit Sandkasten und auch dort Spielutensilien. So praktisch! Wir konnten sie fast nicht aus dem Haus locken! Da es nicht Hochsaison war, konnten wir die 3 Autos in der Nähe gut parkieren. Wir haben am Abend immer im Haus gegessen und dafür auswärtig geluncht:) Der Grill funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen und bedanken uns bei Tobias für seine Gastfreundschaft.

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

My experience with Snezana was amazing. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—always attentive and ready to help with any questions. She provided all the necessary information for my arrival and even assisted me with additional details, like receiving a package. The check-in process was very well organized, and her kindness made everything even easier and more comfortable. She is truly a great host! Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, con tutti i comfort necessari per una piacevole permanenza. L'host è sempre stata reattiva e molto disponibile nelle comunicazioni necessarie. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se un giorno dovessi tornare in zona, sicuramente tornerei qua per il pernottamento.

The stay at Elena’s place was the best I have found on this site over the past decade! Everything was perfect, the apartment’s elegant decor, large size, light, location fiftenn minutes walking distance from most central locations, closeness to stores, restaurants, museums… Elena was extremely attentive. She sent information on the neighborhood and things to do before our trip, and made sure that someone was personally present to check in - check out. She was flexible on arrival and departure times. As we spent New Years in the apartment, we especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen full of all the needed cook and dish ware which allowed us to have a festive and cozy family dinner at home. Thank you!

Perfect location for our 5 night stay in Como. We had all we needed to make our stay perfect. Very easy to walk every where and right on the waterfront. Our host provided us with flexible checkin and checkout which was appreciated.

L'alloggio era perfetto, pulito in ordine e assolutamente corrisponde alla descrizione. In aggiunta era fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di breve durata. La facilita di parcheggio con una zona dedicata ha certamente fatto la differenza Roberta mi ha accolto di persona e mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per il soggiorno. Nella da dire dunque, consigliatissimo

Wir haben 6 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Matteo verbracht! Die Lage erlaubt es, sowohl Ausflüge mach Mailand, als auch an den Lago Maggiore (oder andere) zu unternehmen. Beides ist mit dem Zug direkt von hier zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich auch ein schöner Wald mit netten Wanderwegen. In der Küche haben wir ein paar Sachen vermisst, aber die Mutter (wohnt oben drüber, spricht nur italienisch) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie leiht gern Sachen aus. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden!

They say nothing is perfect, but this stay was. Hosts: responsive, friendly, outgoing. Location: peaceful, quiet (unlike some other places nearby), accessible. Flat: clean, has everything you need and more, feels like home. View: impossible to describe. 10/10, no notes, will for sure come back again. Come and see for yourself!

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

My stay here was phenomenal, super friendly and responsive hosts, catered to all of our needs. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Roberta’s customer service was outstanding and the apartment itself was just as described. Very deserving of 5 stars.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

we had a amazing time in this once in a life time experience with the most beautiful views it was so peaceful and relaxing. wr had a few problems on arrival but defo our fault and not the hosts they was straight on hand to help us out Highley recommend for a romantic get away I went with my best friend and we don't drive but this did not stop us at all we loved exploring the local area the people are so lovely and welcoming we would defo visit again the pool and spa area were stunning 😍 also
