Great private space, spotless and Martin was super friendly and flexible with some things I asked with regarding check-in/checkout for the triathlon I was up there for. Highly recommended.

Sheri was a fantastic host. She provided very clear and easy to follow along instructions, and communicated really really well. She helped me find the unit easily, and provided fantastic local recommendations and check in instructions. Her apartment was very clean and tidy. It’s ground floor with ample parking, so no need to worry about stairs or walking far from your car. Thanks for the great stay.

We had the most enjoyable time staying here! Tidy and spacious enough for our family of 6, it had everything we needed. Loved swimming in the pool each day and having the beach and cafes so close by. Definitely recommend and hope to be back ourselves 😊

Beautiful spot in walking distance to local cafes, beach and kids playground. Apartment is pleasantly spacious, with a second TV room so adults don't have to watch kids movies all day ! The pool is also private and very handy- literally out the back door. The view was amazing too. All the comforts of home.

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

A beautiful place right on the water, amazing views and we had fantastic markets just outside when we stayed. The cafe downstairs is great and you're a close walk to parks, the lagoon, shops etc. very convenient location! We look forward to coming back. Thanks John

Great Place..... Great Location...Unit is well presented and stocked up with essential goodies. We had a great time.......could walk everywhere. Roof top is excellent for breakfast or night sky watching. All was great Thumbs up.

Absolutely loved our stay in Mooloolaba. Great view of the beach and Alexandra Headland lookout. Location and flat worth the bit of traffic noise. Nobody should worry about lack of aircon as o/h fans kept temperature at very comfortable level. would stay again.

Had a great time staying at 12 albatross ave, Allan, Ros and Oscar were wonderful hosts! They made us feel right at home and even provided some great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and walks! Kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed and there was ample linen provided. We will be back for sure ☺️

Sarah's place was exactly as per the pictures and description. Close enough to walk to Hastings Street or just cross the road for the frequent bus services. Everything inside was clean and tidy and we felt right at home and able to relax.

Had a great stay at Paula & Kevin’s studio, it was very peaceful, beautiful modern interior, had everything we needed and more! Paula & Kevin thought of everything, from portable coffee cups to sandwich bags. There was also a dishwasher which was a great help! I would recommend staying here to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Lexi’s apartment. It’s aesthetically modern, exceptionally clean and extremely spacious! The mountain views from the balcony were incredible. We got to watch the beautiful sunsets right from the balcony! Everything was in close proximity from the apartment. It’s about less than 10min drive to the beach and central to other places in the sunny coast! The instructions to the self check in was hassle free and Lexi and the team was extremely responsive with communications. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever at the sunny coast and will rebook again :) thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect stay. Photos don’t do the view justice on the terrace. So peaceful to sit out and enjoy breakfast. The flat has everything you need, comfortable bed and lovely open space. Easy to walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Perfect location with a bus stop across the road making it very convenient getting to Noosa especially during the busier times. The breakfast was a lovely touch and Victoria was very welcoming and offered great local tips

Gerry’s accommodation was beautiful, peaceful and very clean. It is close to restaurants and other specialty shops. It is also close enough to enjoy a stroll down to Hastings street. We had an amazing stay. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to stunning beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Our host was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we information on recommendations for local cafes, restaurants and points of interest. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time. The apartment is spacious, both it and the wider resort are well equipped. There is an Aldi a few mins walk away along with a great bakery and a good Thai. We were there during school holidays and free buses were running regularly. It’s a bit of a walk from other key locations so the bus made a big difference, we also had a car. Laundry facilities within the apartment, great air con and a comfy sofa were all added bonuses!

The location of Louise’s apartment was amazing, just a short walk through the resort, across the road and you’re on the beach. The pool was fantastic as well. Louise was very friendly and great to communicate with. She assisted us promptly with all questions. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back again!

First class stay. We arrived a bit stressed after a treacherous drive in bad weather and accidents along the way taking us couple of hours longer to arrive. Sat nav took us straight to the address, key was easy to find, grateful for the undercover car port right next to the house as it was pouring with rain. Husband had to immediately jump online to attend a meeting, wifi instructions clear and easy. Our stress levels were eased immediately! Beautiful home, great layout over 3 floors, attic room great for kids, don't recommend navigating the ladder after a few glasses of wine! Walk down to river front, cafes and restaurants, really pretty spot, very safe and quiet in a high end neighbourhood. Pool and tennis court, dog friendly as well. Cannot fault this place, a real gem ✨️

Our family loved our stay at Melissa's apartment. Clear communication leading up to, during our stay, also for check in & check out. The pool is absolutely fantastic and was a real highlight of the trip for the kids. The location is perfect on Hastings St as you are not right in the middle of it but still have easy access to shops and restaurants. Can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely look to book with Melissa next time we visit Noosa.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️

The apartment is in an efficiently run holiday complex which is really well located at the top end of Gympie Terrace. You are close enough to walk to everything but during the crazy period over Xmas you’re not overrun by people and cars. Checkin was extremely quick and easy and the place was clean and turned over nicely. Also nice that they had turned on the AC and cooled the place down for our arrival. Wifi was a bit unreliable but that’s a negligible issue. During the Xmas and New Year period all accommodation in Noosa costs triple what it normally should but this place was priced better than the other options around the popular Gympie Terrace area.
