Pantera rosa was very responsive and professional. We loved the stay and it was very clean and updated. The decor was very cute too We were concerned when we read the reviews about the AC being loud but it wasn’t an issue. It made some noise but was as expected for a window unit and was nice white noise at night. Overall we loved the stay. Hope to stay again!

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay during my beach vacation! It’s a less than 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, plenty of restaurant and bar options.

5 Stars – Great Stay! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were easygoing without all the overly strict rules you sometimes see at other Airbnbs. A couple of small things to note: the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty weak, which made showers a little less ideal in that one. Also, the listing says it accommodates 12 people, but realistically there are only 4 beds and a couch. If you’re coming with a larger group (we had 9), be prepared to use an air mattress or bring your own bedding solution. One recommendation would be for the host to leave more towels. With 9 of us, we only had 8 bath towels and a couple of pool towels, so we were doing laundry daily to keep up. That said, everything else was excellent and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

Great stay

All of my friends said "you picked the best AirBnB"! This is a pretty accurate description of the property and our stay. I would highly suggest this property for a large group and to rent the entire property. The 4 separate apartments offer privacy to each guest and allows for socializing and fun within the property. The beds were very comfortable, check-in was very smooth, and the location is perfect (Midtown/Wynwood).

This home has a very large open space kitchen/ living room and 5 nice size bedrooms. It doesn't look like it from the outside, but it is very roomy inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house that was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend trip with an almost 2-year-old. The pool surrounded by all the lush tropical plants was the highlight in the July heat. Also enjoyed the big indoor soaking tub in the evenings. Great neighborhood, close to a lot of essential restaurants. Reading under the cabana during an afternoon rainstorm was serene. Would stay here again.

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and huge king size bed, clean sheets, everything worked perfectly fine, great location, quiet and walkable to the best restaurants, bars and the beach. The host very responsible, communication was fast and easy. Great choice.

Family and I came from New York to escape the cold weather for a much needed vacation and this couldn’t have been more perfect for us! So clean, the view was amazing! Really loved how easy it was to get to the beach. Also, the bedsheets were so soft! 😍 if we come back to visit will definitely stay here.

Amazing!!! Book this place. It looks exactly like the photos. Insta-worthy views from all windows. Kitchen well appointed. Laundry in unit. The parking spot across the street was ideal and actually was quicker to use the valet which we did the first night as we had a lot of luggage to unload. The AC worked very well. Communication was excellent and while we had ZERO issues I felt they would have been quickly addressed as the team checked in via email to ensure we were enjoying things. We will be back.

Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!
