We travelled to this area for the first time and we are so grateful to have such a nice place to stay. We had 2 dogs with us, so the fenced-in yard was a lifesaver. The home itself was beautifully clean and comfortable. We even had robes hanging in the main bedroom closet! Steve was the best host we have EVER had! The communication was excellent. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and I had checkin/checkout instructions in a timely manner. I would book with him again anytime!

The house was perfectly clean, luminous, pleasant, and easy to share with a few adult children. The neighborhood is full of pretty houses with the fantastic Calle 8 right down the street. If you stay here, step out and walk around. Little Havana is a wonder, lively, friendly, with excellent food and coffee. For those who mentioned the "neighbor's rooster", I had to laugh, the roosters are everywhere, it is the bird of the barrio. You can see hens with little chicks scurrying from parking lot to house, roosters strutting around, statues of roosters on every corner. The water is a doable walk, or if you awaken a little late, and want to see the sunrise on the water, 5-10 minutes away you can find a park with a parking lot behind it at Alice Wainwright Park or Hobie Island Beach. This was not just a place to cook, enjoy, and sleep, it was an experience.

Steve's place is exceptional. Place is better than the pictures. My family and I enjoyed Steve's place. Very spacious, clean. We have already recommended Steve's place to a few friends. He is pleasant to communicate with, just a telephone call away if there is any problem. He checks in to make sure everything is in order. Great place Steve

I have stayed at a good amount of Airbnbs and the first thing that I must say is that Jay and Anne are top tier hosts! They have great, open communication and any need or problem that we had was attended to ASAP! They even recommended this great restaurant for me to get delicous conch fritters from. Lol Ok, now on to the house. Baby... it did not disappoint at all! It is so much more spacious than it looks in the pics. My family enjoyed our stay and I would most def book with them again. I must say this as well... my mother forgot 2 items that are dear to her at the house when we checked out and she didn't realize until the next day! 🤦🏽‍♀️I reached out highly doubting that my mother would get the items back BUT Jay and Anne informed me that the cleaners found them and they were returned back to my mother. 🥹 They didn't have to do that. Jay and Anne, thank you again! People... book this house!! You will not regret it. ✌🏽🫶🏽

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed as a group of 13 and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs. I highly recommend it!

A group of 4 of us came for Miami Music Week, and the experience was great! Bryant was a super easy going, helpful host. The only thing I will say is that the neighborhood doesn’t seem to be the best- but it was the exact location we needed. The only thing “bad” I would say was that the pull out bed was super hard, but other than that we’d def stay again! Thanks much! :)

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

Very large apartment, excellent location, hosts with excellent availability and help with any questions

We had a bachelorette party here for 13 girls and this Airbnb was such a dream! The place is sparkling clean, enough bathrooms for the girls to get ready. The outdoor space was perfect to decompress or have an outdoor dinner since there’s so many chairs. The host was extremely accommodating after some hiccups in our original booking. We loved booking this & wouldn’t have changed it otherwise.

This is a beautiful place to relax with friends and family. It’s a short walk to the beach and located in a charming by neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely book again

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-located near Calle Ocho and Little Havana, and the host was very responsive, answering questions quickly and offering solutions and reimbursements for the small issues we encountered. AC is strong, downstairs living area is great for hanging, and the hot tub and pool are really nice to have. You are basically 20 minutes from almost anywhere you want to go in Miami, with delicious Cuban coffee and pastelitos in the morning a 5 minute walk from the house. A few things to note: some supplies listed (like paper towels, dish washer pucks, and laundry detergent) weren’t stocked, so check upon arrival. You'll also need to buy ice as the ice machine doesn't work. Upstairs bathrooms are a bit cramped, and there’s construction on the block, but overall this is a great deal for Miami and we’d stay again! Thanks so much!

The house is incredibly spacious and uncluttered, offering a serene, retreat-like atmosphere. There’s a peaceful zen space complete with a sauna, and the pool area features actual sand, enhancing the sense of an escape. The outdoor space is just as inviting, with a comfortable sitting area, a grill, and a deck with tables for dining al fresco. Inside, the beds were impeccably clean and so cozy, with pillows that were actually fluffy—something you don’t always find in Airbnbs. I highly recommend a stay here. The house is equipped with a wide range of cooking and grilling utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. All in all, we had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and looking just like the pictures. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was great, and we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay! Would definitely book again.

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and well appointed and Larissa was very responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. It was perfect for our group! Thank you for hosting us!

Manuel and Patty’s property felt like home. It was very clean, and had everything you’d need for a rental from a fully outfitted kitchen, to extra towels and beach chairs. I’d highly recommend this property for your next time visiting miami. It’s also about a 15 minute drive from everything in Miami without having to be in the city.
