Princess was an absolute joy to deal with. From start to finish she was kind, responsive, and accommodating!! They were doing work in the area on our second day there and she came over to the house to see what was going on with the plumbing. When she discovered it was happening to all the neighbors as well, she went and purchased cases of water, gallons of water, etc for us to cook and drink with. She sat and kept my mom company for 2 hours and that really warmed my heart. My mom is 80 and loves a good conversation and she said that Princess treated her like she was family. We will definitely be staying with her anytime that we are in Miami. The house is spotless clean, comfortable beds, there is a gate around the property that made as feel so secure. We slept like babies. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the neighborhood is super quiet. If ur on the fence about this house, dont be! Its great and you will love it!

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

We had an amazing time at this modern home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful décor and attention to detail. The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the huge backyard, which had something for everyone. Whether it was relaxing in the pool, playing games, or just enjoying the open space in the patio, it truly catered to all ages. The amenities throughout the home were top-notch, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a stylish, well-maintained, and family-friendly rental, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location and great view of the canal and water fowl

Very well arranged and kept house in a very peaceful and safe area. Spacious, very well furnished and equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and interested in the well-being of the guests throughout the stay. There were no alligators in the area but we did see a crab :) Highly recommended!

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Great space! The pool and tiki hut are prime for keeping you cool on a hot day. We didn’t spend too much time inside, but the space was clean and everyone slept comfortably. Thank you, Nicole!

Miriam was amazing from the moment we booked months prior to our trip. Thankfully, we did not experience any issues throughout our visit that required us to reach out to her, however, she did allow us to push our check-out time significantly without an additional fee which was highly appreciative. As for the resort, I’d say to just be prepared for the additional resort fees and parking fees per day. Also, the elevators were a bit troublesome due to one of the 4 being down, so there were pretty decent wait times. Aside from that, everything was great! I would absolutely book again and I highly recommend. Thank you, Miriam!

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

We had a fantastic stay at Val's guest house! It was exactly as described in the listing and provided the perfect space for our family. Val was a wonderful host, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The guest house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach – it was just a quick and easy drive, less than 10 minutes! This made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand with the kids. We highly recommend Val's guest house; we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation getaway! Beachfront resort with exceptional staff. Shopping and eateries are all within waking distance. Very relaxing. Dana communicated everything with us. Definitely will use her listing again.

I stayed here with my friend and we had a great time. Beach and access was fantastic. Pool was very inviting. Kids had a lot of fun. Walmart and Publix is about a 15 min walk. There are some nice restaurants across the street. Natalia and Pablo were every responsive and helpful with answering our many questions. The rooms were spacious and the view allowed us to see the city street and beach from a distance which was unusual. Overall we enjoyed our trip!
