Great house in a perfect location. Beach accessible and all the best places to dine! Very close to all of the action on las olas blvd. Loved our stay there.

Rented for our team for the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. Great setup for us and we enjoyed our time. Nice park a short walk away was good for morning exercise.

5 Stars – Great Stay! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were easygoing without all the overly strict rules you sometimes see at other Airbnbs. A couple of small things to note: the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty weak, which made showers a little less ideal in that one. Also, the listing says it accommodates 12 people, but realistically there are only 4 beds and a couch. If you’re coming with a larger group (we had 9), be prepared to use an air mattress or bring your own bedding solution. One recommendation would be for the host to leave more towels. With 9 of us, we only had 8 bath towels and a couple of pool towels, so we were doing laundry daily to keep up. That said, everything else was excellent and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed it! The apartments are super cute and it's a great idea to have them divided up the way they were, each of the four units having two bedrooms. We aren't in this area often, but we would definitely stay here again. The Atomic team is very responsive and communicated everything well.

Terrence and his wife are great hosts. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will book his place again, they make you feel right at home. I likemany things about their place including the peacefull neighborhood. I highly recommend the hosts and their house.

The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay! Actually had a ton of issues with another Airbnb on Miami Beach, and had to move out ASAP. Laurie accommodated an early check in and we were instantly at ease thanks to the beach views and ample space. Bathrooms were great, beds were great, and loved that there were beach supplies that we could use!

The condo was nice and clean and as described.. Great location downtown Miami, rooftop heated infinite pool and tulum restaurant on the 15th floor. Self parking was $15 daily and a block away. There four 5* star restaurant within walking distance.

We stayed here two days before a cruise with another couple/friends. The kitchen was nice to be able to make a few meals considering the cost of the restaurants in South Beach. The weather unfortunately was unseasonably cold so there was no beach time even though it was only 2 blocks away. Overall, a very nice place in a great location!

Overall had a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure any request I had was addressed promptly, which really added to the comfort of my stay. The accommodations themselves were exceptional, clean, stylish, and well-maintained. However, there were a few things to keep in mind. During peak hours, the elevators were a bit of a headache, with only one or two functioning and long wait times. If you’re driving, be prepared for heavy traffic in the area and delays due to the nearby bridge frequently going up. Also, while the spa is a nice amenity, I found some of the attendants to be less than welcoming, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. That said, despite those few issues, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attentive hosting.

Amazing customer service from Host and concierge. Location is amazing super close to everywhere we needed to be. Smallest thing and not really a complaint just have had other Airbnb provide us with extra toiletries, had to purchase more paper towel and toilet paper and trash bags but they had a mini store in the lobby so was easy to get more. Will definitely be coming back

All around great host and great property as well. In a world where people don’t feel the little things matter, Carmen made sure they do. Went out of her way to make sure her place felt like home to me. I’ve had my share of bad experiences w Airbnb’s. Carmen exceeded expectations. We have stayed in a few places hosted by Natalia and her team. They are always very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. Everything from checkin to checkout is well communicated.

First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town

Rod & Vanessa were extremely communicative and super responsive. The property is just as described; beautiful! The bedrooms were big and kitchen was so nice and well equipped. The views, oh my! Will definitely come back and stay here!
