Excelente departamento con una gran vista. Muy bien ubicado. A pocas cuadras de la playa y del centro comercial de Sunny Isles. Olía una gran anfitriona, respondió siempre muy rápido y atentamente a nuestros mensajes. Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos.

We really enjoyed our time at Jane’s place. The apartment is spacious and has a perfect view. The beds are super comfortable. It has all you need to spend the day at the beach, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Jane was super quick to answer our questions and was kind enough to send us some donuts on our last day, the kids definitely enjoyed them after playing in the water for hours.

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

I have stayed in lot of Arbnb’s but Dija’s place was the cleanest and most equipment with the smallest details. She even left me espresso capsules, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, various cleaning supplies, salt, oil, dish soap, beautiful silverware, beach chairs, umbrella..all what is needed for a great vacation!. The studio was spotless clean! Bed of the highest quality! I am speechless! ! Little paradise. Thank you! Can’t wait to cone again!

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have stayed at Andrews. The location in the Grove is perfect. The room has nice little balcony you can sit out and see the water. The beds are comfortable. The condo is very clean. Check in took 3 minutes and free parking is nice bonus. All the amenities of the Arya are at your disposal. I am looking forward to returning.

Everything was perfect. The suite was amazing and very clean but the hours at the pool, bars and jacuzzis were a too extreme (Everything outside closed at 7 pm) This is a high end hotel, the prices are up the roof but nobody cares if you are having a good time. Lots of people were complaining because they took everyone out before sunset 🌅, lots of couples wanted to enjoy that romantic feeling and it wasn’t fair. I hope they can fix that ASAP because everything else was outstanding.

Gabriela’s place was such a pleasure to stay at and she’s a fabulous hostess. I hope to return the next time I visit the area. You will not be sorry to stay here. Thank you, Gabriela!

We were in town for work and this was a perfect Airbnb for myself, my husband, and our dog. The garage parking space was nice peace of mind. The unit itself was spacious, well stocked, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Would recommend to other guests and would be happy to stay here again!

Ruth's Midtown unit is right in the heart of the life of Midtown, Miami. Restaurants, amenities, fashion, shopping -- all within easy walking distance. Great getaway for some urban living and endless sunshine! The unit was large, comfy, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

The location was great right by everything with south beach in close drive and walking distance. The house was beautiful with great views and access to the beach. Would definitely use again thanks for having us.

I love this spot! I’ve stayed in a lot of different places in South Beach and this is one of my favorites. I find this location to be so great. It’s easy to walk to the beach and to go to restaurants and bars. It so convenient to catch an Uber as it is away from the high traffic areas. But if you do want to go to Collins it is so convenient to get to. The bed was so comfortable and easy to get sleep as it was quiet. We did have a car so we didn’t use the garage, but what a nice amenity! We will stay here again on our next trip to South Beach!

Our daughter and mama getaway was a huge success!! We loved our accommodations. The condo was beautiful and located in the heart of the city. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! Restaurants and shopping were all in walking distance. We highly recommend!! We are already talking about booking again!! The hosts were amazing, helpful and very genuine. We appreciate the quick response and appreciated the early check in! We had a blast and will hopefully book again soon!! Thanks for such an amazing experience!

You can't help but say WOW when you walk through the door. Book it and don't even think twice about it. I could have spent all day just hanging out on the deck enjoying the view out to the sea.

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

I've stayed at many airbnb's worldwide and this is my favourite. The area is magnificent (the art deco building designs are incredible), quiet and safe. The building has many great touches that distinguish it from a generic location. The heated outdoor pool was a nice bonus and the building tenants I ran into were all friendly. The unit is compact but well designed. The kitchen is the most fully stocked of any airbnb I've stayed at (I believe only a vegetable peeler was missing which I brought with me anyways). There were plenty of streaming options available on the tvs and the wifi was superb. The beach umbrella provided really came in handy and provided nice shade from the hot sun. Only a little noise from people in the hallway and a barking dog in another unit could be heard (rarely) but it was overall quiet, especially at night. The blinds in the bedroom keep some light out but not all. Dishwasher worked great. Overall A+ and if I come back this is the 1st place I'll look to book.

La zona era impecable. Muy cómoda para estar a pie y con supermercados y farmacias cerca. El muelle estaba a unos pasos. El departamento estaba impecable, tenía algunos detalles más que nada del uso, pero limpio y muy cómodo. Era más grande de lo que parecía en las fotos. Éramos dos y estábamos re cómodas.

Impressive and huge building with many services. Fantastic mail room For receiving Amazon packages or so. Beautiful view to The sea. No balcony. Good bed but noisy. A water boiler would save time and energy.

The stay here was great! Everything it was described as on the app. Clean, spacious, nice balcony, and lots of amenities! Would stay here again!
