This is a quiet and comfortable home. it had everything we needed for a great stay. The house is in a well looked after gated community with parking outside the front door. We'd love to come back.

Winston's Surfside Place was a perfect accommodation for our family of four. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We could easily walk in 5-10 minutes to the central areas of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (beach, restaurants, coffee shops). Winston provided beach chairs and towels, a big help! Also, Winston was very helpful storing our 2 bags before our Lyft to the airport. A super host indeed! We'd come back here to stay in a heartbeat!

The location was perfect & matched our needs for shopping, restaurants, & distance to Port Everglades.

My three friends and I had a great time in this place! It's clean, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Would totally stay again.

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

The place was as advertised, met all our needs and equipped for a long stay. John was an incredibly accommodating and responsive host.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

This airbnb was cozy and well-designed, perfect for unwinding. The location was great—near the beach with plenty to do in the area. Maureen was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Also the bed was super comfortable!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Francois’ place! The view on the Miami River was beautiful and the communication was great. He was was so nice and friendly to talk to on the phone! He even called us to give us some restaurant recommendations when he saw that we were going to the Florida Keys next. The artwork in the home was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay. I loved this air bnb, great location. I had some fantastic Latin food and don’t forget to try Azúcar for some delicious ice cream. This was the Miami getaway I needed and my stay matched the vibes. This stay checked all my boxes!

Great Airbnb stay! Pros: Many beds Fairly clean in general Cool game system in living room Ac system and showers were working perfectly Many towels Cons: Bathrooms only have shampoo conditioner and no bodywash for some reason 🧍 Bottom floor bathroom drain had hair from previous guests. There does seem to be mold or some damage to ceiling of first floor bathroom shower The backyard does not match photos whatsoever lol. But it didn’t matter much to our stay. The pull out sofa was a little dirty with crumbs and was broken off from main sofa unit so it would keep moving. These are all nitpicks but hopefully the feedback can optimize the stay for future stays. But awesome value and would take it over any hotel!!

We had a terrific experience at Derek’s place while spending our days at the Miami Open tennis tournament! Derek was a responsive host and his place was clean and spacious and perfect for our needs! Highly recommend and I hope to stay again!

I shared this house with two colleagues for a conference at one of the large, nearby hotels within a 2-mile range. Compared to our colleagues who stayed at that hotel or surrounding hotels, we won the lottery finding this place- 3 bed, 3.5 bath, beautiful living area and pool. It was outstanding. This home is beautifully located at the end of a street so it is quiet and the neighbors are wonderful also. Darlene, the owner, was kind, responsive and welcoming. Uber was $5-7 one way to the major hotels and if we did drive around, easily accessible to other parts of Miami. All Ubers were great, nice area. The 3 bedrooms and baths are upstairs so if you have suitcases, etc, the stairs are marble or granite just be careful. It's beautiful and theres a rail, we had no issues. Mentioning for seniors. Darlene checked on us and was amazing throughout if we had questions. This place is great for families and professionals. Location, accommodations, decor, all excellent. Highly recommended!

Robert has created an amazing oasis for any on a working vacation in Miami. If the Keys is on your travel itinerary, Roberts place is the perfect location. Robert has stocked his place with everything you need. That big leather sectional with reclining seats is heaven after a long day trip to the 7-Mile Bridge. I will be back. Thank you, Robert.

Great stay! The place was just as described and in a great, private location! Lots of space in the home and beautifully decorated! Would stay here again! Michelle was also extremely responsive and communicative—she accommodated an early check in and some flight cancellations we ran into!

We had a very enjoyable week here. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room. The pool area was so great! The beds were comfortable, the extra 1/2 bath was handy. Although in a quiet residential area you are actually only 1 mile away from St Rt 95 which was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Sarah was great. Communicative and helpful. The place was comfortable and quiet. (There is another rental unit next door that wasn’t occupied). It’s in a Residential neighborhood with a mix of people. Nice and safe. And you know where the house is driving up because it’s painted bright pink! 😁. The only two things I would say (constructive criticism) is the cleaning wasn’t meticulous. I’m a clean freak and noticed. But it didn’t stop me from enjoying. Most important, though, the bed sheets were clean! The other thing was I rented for over a week and needed a kitchen and the kitchen could be better prepared/supplied for use. Overall was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend.

Cali was very informal from the start. The house was very nice and clean and as pictured, I would recommend her place it was peaceful and I felt right at home. Thanks Cali for allowing us to stay at your property.

We had a great time at Monica's AirBnB for our girls' trip. The location was good, a short, 10 minute walk to coffee, shops, and some restaurants and Ubers were easy to acquire to and from the house. The house was the perfect size for 8 adult women, and came clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool is a plunge pool, so don't expect to swim laps, but it made for a great happy hour hang after hours in the sun at the beach. Monica and her co-host were super responsive and attentive to us. They made everything very easy and we were happy with the lodging.
