Luis’s place is in a great location where everything is at your doorstep or close walking distance. For others who are I tested in this place it is a fantastic stay but the only downside is that there was no WiFi and was hard to get the tv working, other than that it was a fantastic stay and would love to come back again.

Nice, small but cozy place, great view in the morning/evening when the tide was in. We would stay again.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend, great restaurants nearby (Italian only a few minutes walk away was gorgeous food) and only 10 minute walk to the arena! Property very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Amazing views from a well furnished and lovely apartment. Lots of great walks nearby - walked out to Caswell Bay across the coast path and it was stunning! Fantastic food around and lots of ice cream; Joe's and Verdis being particular standouts. Thanks so much for the Welsh cakes and a wonderful stay. We will no doubt be back soon!

Apartment 6 at Ice House is even nicer than the pictures, I assure you. The apartment has a huge open plan kitchen, living, and dining space, very tall ceiling with a lot of natural light, plus a whopping great big L shaped balcony with a table and chairs. It's the perfect spot for entertaining, so very good if you're visiting friends in Swansea and want to cook a meal or share a bottle of wine. We were treated to fantastic weather as well, so were especially appreciative of the balcony. The location is great as you get lovely views of the marina, with restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. If you want a particularly quiet evening though, the music from the surrounding bars may put you off a bit, but it's lovely and quiet in the actual apartment once you shut the balcony door or go to chill in the bedroom. Check in and check out were both very easy, and there's a 24hr car park just a few minute's walk from the building, so all in all, very convenient. This apartment has definitely set the tone for staying over in Swansea, I may never be able to go back to a Premier Inn again. Lovely place, 10/10.

Lara was a lovely host being friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to messages. The flat was also lovely and clean with a great view. I would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay

from the very first contact to the time we left Alex was very helpful and easy to contact. He was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. I fell in love with the house. the attention to detail from decor to bed linen was second to none. It was stylish, extremely comfortable, spotless clean and classy. Highly recommend a stay there.. Conveniently located too.

Suzanne and Mark were wonderful, friendly hosts. From a delicious welcome hamper, to great recommendations for places to visit, our every need was catered for. The cottage was beautifully done, with thoughtful details and design. The private garden was a great place to unwind with a cup of tea (and the best Welsh cakes in wales!) whilst listening to the birds and the stream. If you’re as lucky as we were, you may get to catch Mark playing the fiddle with ‘Strung Together’ The cottage is a little slice of heaven that we will definitely revisit again!

Cannot fault the property, location or the hosts. I would highly recommend and look forward to return. Our stay exceed the expectations. The property itself is exactly as described, it was clean, tidy and had everything you would need for your stay. It's located in a quiet residential street with a short walking distance (5-10mins) to shops, high street, restaurants and the beach. The check in was very easy and smooth - Simon and Lana were very informative and responsive to any messages, thank you! 💐

Had a lovely stay at this little apartment. Amazing location, right by the marina and within walking distance of the beach and city centre. Loved the little balcony and sitting watching the world go by. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The dedicated parking was a great asset and I could see the car through the kitchen window. Only criticism is the bathroom, which definitely needs updating. However, it is clean and functional and did not ruin our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning one day.

Stayed up here for a few days of hiking It is a great location to get to the best walks. Lots of pubs and restaurants and a massive Tesco's within walking distance. The house is lovely, was absolutely spotless, lots of amenities in the kitchen, and very comfortable beds.

A three level house in a new looking housing estate near the water . Close to an Asda supermarket. We enjoyed staying there for a night .

Great location. Walkable to shops, restaurants and beach. Co op next door which was well stocked. A large Tescos in walking distance. Free parking for the property. The Property was clean and spacious. Could do with some extra cookware. Host was responsive We would recommend and stay here again. Thank you

Gorgeous location and the apartment was superb! Very clean and a lovely space to be in, the view from both balconies look over the sea and was a lovely place to have our morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment and location with fabulous views. Host was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Well appointed kitchen too and the balcony was a nice addition too. The car parking space was thankfully a large one.
