beautiful large home, with the highlight being a pool which goes all the way around the backyard and ends in a hot spa. Ducks come to visit. BBQ area and kitchen are very good useable sizes. The AC works well. Location is at the end of a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. There is a a bike/ walk path at its doorstep - turn left and wide 20km and it’s Dunsborough, right and 7 km away the Busselton Jetty. And straight ahead 100 m down is the beach. Very good location and home and we had a good time.

The house is very large, it easily accommodated 9 of us with a bedroom unused. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beach is so close. Nicki was very responsive when we had queries. We were aware of the additional charge for linen before booking, but feel that should be included in the price. Overall, we loved our stay at the beach house.

We really enjoyed staying at Cathy's airbnb. The beach was walking distance. My son loved the playground which is located just at the end of the road. We had a great time in the indoor swimming pool and spa. Eating was easy with Broadwater village next door, Barista coffee and Acai bowls for breakfast; spoilt for choice with burgers and fish and chips, and Tonic by The Bay is also walking distance with some gluten free options. The photos don't do the accommodation justice, it is very comfortable and modern. The patio and small backyard is perfect for a morning coffee and small children. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Our stay at this fantastic property was exactly what we were hoping it would be- a great beach location, clean and well appointed house, responsive host who accommodated our requests for additional guests and late checkout, and a stress-free stay. Thank you Michelle! 5 out of 5 stars :-)

We stayed for two nights with two couples and two children. The villa was well equipped for us with beach towels, full kitchen, washing machine and a lovely beach perfect for a relaxing float. Thanks for a lovely stay

You are inside the forest, with Lovely Fairy Wrens dancing on the porch. A truly peaceful oasis where you can switch off and enjoy the sound of the trees. Jeanette was very responsive and gave clear instructions for finding the place. The bed is large and comfortable and there is a large whirlpool bath to soak away any aches after long walks. We also enjoyed cooking on the BBQ for two nights. It is a great base for exploring Pemberton and Tall Timber country. While there is no WiFi in the house (as expected), it was a short 5 minute stroll to be able to get a WiFi signal, and it’s lovely not to be bombarded with messages anyway. This is a place where you can (and do) switch off.

I feel completely reset by the serenity of this wonderful cabin. It was deliciously cosy and the view allowed such an incredible experience of each day. And what night skys. Glorious. And to top it all off, the arrangement of the cabin furniture all fits the asthetic perfectly, down to the kettle and beehive shelving. There is even the softest linen sheets. Thank you both so much for this holiday.

Quinninup is a favourite place for us to visit and we wouldn’t stay anywhere other than here. Very peaceful and relaxed home vibe, plus exceptional value for money and Tessa always responds swiftly to enquiries :) This is our second time staying at this listing and we will definitely be back - 5 stars!!

Sarah's place puts you in a beautiful tranquil part of WA. It is set up so well for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature around you as well as the proximity to a great white sand beach for swimming, taking walks and just hanging-- all was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to kick back for a few days; we definitely didn't want to leave.

Lovely quaint cottage with very comfortable beds, very clean presentation and well stocked with blankets and kitchen utensils. Great location meant it was walkable to Busselton foreshore as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend

We had a lovely stay at Fresh Escape. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the hot outdoor shower after our beach adventures. Great location. We would highly recommend it to other young families.

Rustic farmhouse. 3 separate wings one just outside. Expect clean, not pristine. It’s a beautiful farmhouse with character. You can’t expect to be out there and not have bugs and cobwebs. It’s really cool checking out the things in the house. It’s such a good set up for kids and dogs they can run around having fun. The walk in pantry/larder is great. It’s a unique experience and I think good for kids to get back to nature and it’s dvds only. If they didn’t have their devices they might have a really cool, old school experience. Trampoline, fire pit, different decks. Just have realistic expectations, you can’t expect a new build when you book a farmhouse. I had fun getting the fire going. I’m petrified of magpies but the birds here were friendly. I liked it. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Sebel Resort Bungalow No: 5 the minute we entered the Bungalow we felt homely and cosy, the rooms were very nice spacious & the beds were super comfy, it was a bit of a challenge to climb the steps especially to the 3rd floor if you have bad knees but its doable. The kitchen has everything you need even a slow cooker a coffee maker & condiments which was handy if you wanted to cook a meal. They have Netflix & games to play to keep you entertained, also can use all the facilities of the Resort which is so great especially the heated pool and spa, gym etc The outdoor seating was lovely to sit and chill out with afternoon Tea or a glass of wine, Thank you Davina for being such a great Host, we enjoyed staying in your beautiful Bungalow & hope to come again.

Stayed at the Beach Shack 11-15th April 2025 The place is fantastic and so close to an empty beautiful Beach. Bridgette the host was very helpful and responded so quickly to every question or request. Stayed with our kids and grandkids and the house could not of been better. Thoroughly recommended

We found Beth to be very welcoming/friendly with lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit & things to do (including the Mount Barker Cointry Bakery enroute to Albany afterwards - thanks Beth).

Accommodation was immaculate and had everything you need. Had to call Josh as needed some assistance and he was there in a flash to help. Very helpful and friendly.

Gordon is one of the most generous and friendly host we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and breakfast provisions, the ambience is so peaceful and relaxing. Our dogs settled in well despite wanting to play with the Llamas. This is my third stay with Gordon and surely won’t be the last. Top notch!

A magical spot in a beautiful part of the world. Has everything you could want and need to completely switch off.

The facilities were excellent including heated pool, sauna, outdoor pool and playground and was right on the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a coffee machine!! The hosts were very responsive and informative and in all we had a fabulous weekend!

place was brilliant the backyard was huge and the pool was deep and a stunning blue colour it was picturesque. if shade cloths could be added for summer that might make it even better just cause we hit a bit of a slight heatwave at the end of the stay and the ground from the door to the pool was blistering hot
