This house offers everything a family could wish for. It feels very homely from the moment you step through the door. We stayed over Christmas and Clare had the log burner set ready to light with basket of logs and clear instructions. The open plan kitchen diner opens to an immaculate garden and even had feeders for the birds. Most of all Clare dressed a Christmas tree and left suprises for the children. We were close to the harbour and park and within walking distance to the Lighthouse theatre where we saw Sleeping Beauty on Boxing day. A truly memorable Christmas. Thankyou Clare.

We have just returned from Caroline’s beautiful cottage. It was everything we wished for and more. The cottage had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was exceptionally clean. The surrounding area was very quaint and pretty and there was lots to explore in the area and a bit beyond. We spent NYE at Durdle Door, an hours drive away but well worth it. Would highly recommend Caroline’s cottage and our dog loved it too.

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, hosts are very helpful and also respectful, had an amazing time away for my mums hen do is a perfect place for a gathering with friends and family.

The house had plenty of space was very clean and is in a quiet residential location. It suited our needs perfectly and all went well with the booking from start to finish. Thank you and we hope to stay again in the future.

Vicki was an awesome host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She left us a lovely basket of goodies which went down like a treat. The kids toy room was a huge bonus for us as we had little ones. They enjoyed it as well as the outside grass space. Spacious and exactly like advertised. Thanks Vicki (and Carolina). We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Great place. We have already booked it for the 2025 time in Poole near family. It would be great if the internet connection was improved. We had to restart the router a number of times to watch Christmas films after supper! But it was a great space to be in.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

Carol & Derek very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the eggs were a nice touch. ‘Rosie’, our little dog, also enjoyed her stay and we were grateful for the outside ‘shower’ and towels.

What an amazing location! This is ‘no frills’ style Airbnb, in the sense that you bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries etc. But this is reflected in the costing, and the views are unbeatable. A wonderful little base from which to explore South Hams and a very responsive host.

Great place, secluded and quiet despite being close to ring road. Easy walk into town and the Tor. Clean, modern, well appointed kitchen, plenty of glasses, plates, pans etc. Comfortable lounge, warm and cosy. Nice bathroom with shower. We felt at home while in Glastonbury. Thank you.

Lovely stay . Lots of attention to detail throughout the property. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc . Great location for town , walking and bus service . Can’t wait to return .

Great little flat, walking distance into Swanage but lovely quiet road, and a stones throw from the beach. Flat was lovely - light and airy, and warm! Will definitely be back when we next need to be in Swanage

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. The location is beautiful - I’d recommend a visit to the park behind the apartment block, which has a lovely little beach.

Great place. Second time staying here with my elderly father for Christmas. Was spotlessly clean with all the kitchen etc utensils needed. The scones, jam and clotted cream was a nice touch as we're the Christmas decorations. Arranged to check-in early at 4pm on Christmas eve. Is about a 15 minute walk from Exmouth station plus is on street parking (parking permit provided by host if needed). Very easy access to seafront/estuary mouth and small marina. Is also a pub opposite (not noisy) that does good food. Are a couple of mini-mart style shops about 400yards away. Exmouth centre a 15 minute walk. Would recommend

The apartment was very good, with excellent views of the bay. The stairs were measured and not overly steep like some of places we have been. Once at the apartment it was very well laid out and on one level, with great views across the bay. Everything in side was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped, there was a large settee in the lounge with Smart TV, and beds were comfortable and rooms peaceful. It is very close to the shops and restaraunts, of which we enjoyed Turkish, Italian and a mix of choices at The Garden Terrace. We unfortunately went on a very cold and windy three days but managed some walks. Also visited Sealife. Debbie checked in with me at regular intervals to check all ok. A lot of info was included in her welcome folder as well. We would willingly rebook at a later date if we planned a stay over in Weymouth in the future and will recommend to others. Elaine.

The Courtyard is just wonderful, we liked it so much we extended our stay by two days. Furniture and linen was a high standard and Jill had thought of everything. Heating and hot water was efficient and the beds so comfortable. Nespresso making machine, jet bath. Excellent and we plan to be back!

Had a great stay at this apartment! The place was so clean and welcoming and the host was very proactive so it made checking in and out very easy. The location was great and very walkable distance to the beach, shops, station in Exmouth. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place to stay with the bonus of private parking, near beach, town, train station. The apartment was very clean with all you needed for a relaxing break away. If you want a place to stay by sea then would definitely recommend this!

We had a 3 night stay here as a family of 3 and would highly recommend it. Great location with beautiful views of the sea - can watch the sunrise in the morning! Carley was great at communication. Everything was super simple and the flat had everything we needed for our stay!
